- AZAshley ZinnJul 3, 20255.0Our family LOVES CREME. I didn’t tour any other facility when trying to figure out where to send our son. I knew friends that have been taking their children here for years and were absolutely in love with it. The director Angie is always reachable, and truly loves each and every single child that goes there. It’s such a warm and inviting environment. Ms. Christen, Chloe, Maggie, Kerrington and Chandler are some of our absolute favorites and we truly trust them completely. They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks for all day, provide the diapers and wipes as well. You get photos through out the day of your little one doing daily activities. They do fun spirit weeks during holidays and have an app as a way to communicate with parents and staff to keep everyone in the loop. Security is top notch, you need a finger print in order to unlock the doors which we liked so random people can’t just walk into the school. Our son has been going here a few months. Even with a waiting list we knew it was worth the waiting list and the cost because there are so many benefits. What I love the most is that they teach your kids while they watch them. They do activities. My son is only 16 months and already knows how to properly hold crayons and utensils. His vocabulary has expanded as well. I have nothing bad to say about Creme they are like apart of our family. Thank you Creme for loving our baby like he’s your own!
- DDDerrickAug 2, 20241.0I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the care my son received at Creme de la Creme West Chester. The safety of my child is paramount, and this facility consistently failed to provide a secure environment. My son suffered multiple injuries while under their care, and the director, Alison, seemed completely indifferent to the situation. Despite repeated incidents, no effective measures were taken to prevent future occurrences. Additionally, there seems to be a high turnover rate among the teachers, with many not staying longer than a month. This constant change in staff is concerning and can negatively impact a child's development. To add insult to injury, they recently increased their prices. Given the quality of care and the safety concerns, this price hike is completely unjustified. I strongly advise parents to reconsider entrusting their children to this daycare. The lack of concern for children's well-being is unacceptable.
- 1H105 hSep 23, 20191.0Terrible experiences here, super messy administration. We must have been unlucky we had issues before and after conversion to CDLC. Couldn't find kids at end of the day for pickup, told us to 'look here or there'. Awesome facility, but we found much more caring staff at a smaller school and they can tell us where out kids are without issue. Glad to have kicked CDLC to the curb.
