  My daughter has been attending this specific kinder care facility for well over 3 years now. She started at 6 weeks and will be 4 soon enough. This place is all a parent could ask for... from the teachers, to the directors even down to their awesome chef. I have been nothing but pleased with the growth and lesson plans I've witnessed with my daughter and I truly believe she is so advanced because of the love, support, and education she receives from this facility. We have been lucky enough to never have a conflict with anybody and be welcomed and greeted like family every single day upon arrival. Choosing this place was by far one of the best choices I have made for my daughter, and she will be with kinder care until she ages out.

  Toured this facility and was extremely unimpressed. We walked up and the director was holding the door open as kids left for the day. She rude asking what we wanted, and I told her a tour. She sighed and said "ugh I have an interview, and our systems didn't notify me" I tried to explain I booked this tour over 2 weeks ago with her on the phone. She didn't listen. She gave the tour to her assistant who was busy with taking trash out. We waited 20 minutes before the tour started because they were so short staffed or scattered brain to help us. During the tour the assistant was holding a child the whole time talking to the child. She couldn't even give me 10 minutes of her time to walk through the infant room. After the tour we walked out to the lobby where a current parent was, and this parent stated, " Just wanted to let you know we will only have 2 days left after today because of issues that I would love to sit down and talk to you and the director about." The facility couldn't even give me a decent 15-minute tour without problems, how could I trust them with my child. I can understand why people are leaving and there wasn't a waiting list.

  I had my children attend that day care for almost 2-3 months. The place is ok, they really didn’t have any major issues. I felt it can enjoy better hygiene standards. Also, I didn’t feel my children really liked it, I ended up changing to another place where care was more individualized...
