We have nothing but great things to say about Primrose in Strongsville. We toured several daycares in the area and this was the only one we loved. We were pretty hesitant about our daughter starting daycare in general, but it turned out to be way better than we ever imagined. Everyone we have dealt with there has been genuine, professional, and supportive. Special shout out to Hannah and Cristina in the infant room. They are such a great team together. You can definitely tell they have so much experience with babies and genuinely love all of them. We are confident that our daughter gets the best care at Primrose in Strongsville!

We've been a part of the Primrose family for 5 years. Our oldest son started as a 2 year old and went all the way through PreK and now our second son has moved from the infant room to the toddler room. We have experienced almost every room and the theme that runs true is care. The teachers truly care about our kids as if they were their own.
The leadership team is very supportive and understanding. Their friendly demeanor creates a positive environment for parents and students throughout the building. This positive energy feeds the staff who have created a caring, patient, and education forward atmosphere in the classroom. Highly reccomended Primrose School of Strongsville to all families!

Our family visited every daycare in the area, some of them, mutiple times. Full disclosure: I did not want to like Primrose as it was the furthest from our home and in the opposite direction from work and my activities. Additionally, I already had my top 3 solidified.
Though it didn't have THE best price (it was competitive), my wife pointed out, in addition to having the best ratio, Primrose had the best price based on student:teacher ratio. She got me, as we shop on value over price.
We found Neha to be sharp, caring, detail-oriented, and truthful. There was no fluff in her answers (my background is in B2B sales in NYC). We had deposits down in other daycares, so I was fully ready to walk away.
As Neha took us through the tour, I noticed the layout helped to make this place secure. The traffic flow made sense and was clearly well-thought out or, at least, appropriately changed to minimize congestion. The student:teacher ratio matched the claims. The lighting was soft and the decor was calming with a cozy feeling (read: no K-mart feeling floor and buzzing fluorescent lights). Every room we visited was clean and cared for. I was on the lookout for screen time but couldn't detect anything distracting. We chose Primrose.
At first when we started, I heard the Director and Assistant Director call our kiddo's name often, and thought "That's nice, they have the name memorized". After a few weeks, I thought "Ok, I get it, you know my kid's name. That's enough.". Then, I finally realized, they know the name because they care!
The more I have come here, the more impressed I've become. The other parents have been polite while the other kiddos, at least in our class and the ones I've encountered, have been wonderful. The app is useful, giving us the updates we want and helping us rest assured our kiddo is being watched over without it becoming a distraction.
Finally, the teachers, Hannah and Cristina, have been incredibly caring, helpful, and personable. They've answered our silly questions, listened to concerns, and shared their experiences so we have an idea of what's normal and not. Y'all are the best!
Thank you all for taking such good care of our liitle one!
