This review is long overdue since my son's last day there was last June. I just wanted to write a quick review to express my gratitude to the teachers there. We found this daycare after we had a not so good experience with another daycare nearby. The director and teachers made sure our experience there was great. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

Both of my children go here and love their teachers ! My oldest has severe adhd and autistic tendencies , they have worked with him and he’s started talking more . My baby loves his teachers and going to play . They’re real people and not fake 24/7 which is lovely ! My kids use to go to a different daycare in springboro and we had an absolutely horrible experience. I’d definitely recommend this daycare over any other around . They understand kids will be kids and majority of the ladies working here also have kids so they completely understand!

From a parent perspective, my kids have learned aLot because they have teachers that do their jobs & are dedicated to it. From an employee perspective I’ve never felt so comfortable working here, because the staff makes me feel welcomed & we’re a big family. I totally would recommend this childcare to a parent looking or someone looking for a job. I won’t take my kids anywhere else & I will be with this company for awhile ❤️

My daughter started in the infant room when she was a little over 7 weeks old. The staff seems completely overwhelmed. Her lead teacher was great, but had no support at all. During the 5 ½ months we attended, there was a constant stream of new teachers in and out of the school. With the change in management in March, we were made promises that things would change. We even had a meeting with the assistant director about our concerns. First, we were worried that the small babies weren’t given the appropriate attention when their classroom was combined with the older ‘mobile’ infants. Secondly, there were toys thrown over the partition right where the non-mobile infants played. Finally, since they were supposed to be down in their own room, most of their belongings and cribs were not where they were supposed to be. When the new director started in April, we were all given a memo that the classrooms would be separated (younger and older infants) so the teachers were able to spend more one on one time with the children. Within a week, things went back to how they were originally.
There were many times that I came in the room where children were asleep in high chairs or with blankets in the cribs or wrapped around them on the floor. Up until recently, there weren’t even enough cribs in the room with the number of children. One day, her lead teacher was not working and she went 7 hours with only 1 bottle. When I arrived to pick her up the assistant director was heating up her second bottle. When I asked why she wasn’t given it hours ago they said they didn’t know and had to ask the teacher who was in the room before. Her teacher was told the next day that she was overly fussy for some reason the day before. No wonder! I brought the issue to the attention of her teacher, who was horrified and the assistant director who said that she must have been sleeping or something, and pretty much shrugged it off. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I have overheard other parents coming to teachers with similar complaints.
I worked in childcare for over 4 years and never have I ever seen such poor management and staff turnover. They are hiring random people off the street with no desire to work with children. The few good employees they have are forced to constantly train and supervise these inexperienced people, only to be left time and time again. We are very lucky nothing terrible happened during our time there. We have recently decided enough is enough and transferred our daughter to another childcare center. I truly hope some changes are made soon for the rest of the children in their care.

I am basing this rating off of my personal experience. My daughter has been attending this facility for nearly six months and it has been a terrible experience. The positive is that her teacher Stephanie has been wonderful and is very good with her, but my the rest of the staff is not so great.
My wife and I picked this facility because they were going to separate the children based off age. The 6 week to 18 month were supposed to be in two rooms split between younger and older infants. Needless to say, out of the almost 6 months she has attended she hasn't been in her own room but 15 days total! We had a discussion with the assistant director Sarah and she promised that they were working on it and that she would be in her own room. The very next day she was in the same room, with non-mobile infants all the way up to 2 years old. I went to the regional director, she promised as well and same result, nothing changed. The new Director Kim sent out a email saying they would be separated and nothing happened.
Another issue with the kids not being separated is there wasn't enough Cribs for the children which is a state requirement.
The facility has had a ton of turnover in the past few months which is obviously due to terrible management and not very high standards in the hiring process. One of the workers in the infant room's exact words were ''I don't really like working with babies.'' Then why are you working at a daycare!
One of the day's that same individual was working I picked my daughter up brought her home and changed her and she had a stained bottom from feces not being properly cleaned off of her! I mentioned something to them and the only thing they said was sorry!!
Needless to say we are very fortunate she was not physically harmed and that we are now at a new daycare. Please due yourself a favor and LOOK AROUND! DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS PLACE!!
