We have been happy with our experience at Primrose! Our son is in preschool, and feel he is doing well along with learning what a preschooler should be learning. We love the option for extra curricular activities as well! Our kiddo looks forward to his gymnastics and basketball each week!

We have had an overall average experience with this daycare. The staff are generally friendly and caring, and our child seems comfortable most days, which gives us some peace of mind. We appreciate the effort they put into basic activities and keeping the children engaged. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Communication with parents is sometimes inconsistent, especially regarding daily updates or any concerns. At times, the classroom organization and cleanliness could also be better maintained. The daycare provides a safe environment, but we feel there is room for improvement in terms of structured learning activities and individual attention for each child. Overall, it’s a decent option for childcare, but with some improvements in communication and organization, it could be much better.

We have a 2 year old and a 4 month old enrolled at Primrose and love it. We moved to Ostrander about 17 months ago and have been attending since then. Our son is always laughing and having a good time with his friends when we pick him up. His vocabulary has absolutely exploded and constantly is telling me things that I know he learned at school. Going to work and knowing that both of my kiddos are so well taken care of is so reassuring. The infant teachers do an amazing job getting to know the parents, following their own person schedules and meeting the individualized needs of each baby. My daughter is always so happy and smiley in the pictures I get during the day and when I pick her up. The front office is so responsive and kind. It truly amazes me how they know each kid and parent. I would highly recommend Primrose Dublin Jerome to any parent looking for daycare/preschool for their little ones. My son gets so happy and excited when we mention his teachers Ms Rory and Mrs. Stacy at home. They are very engaged with him and he seems very comfortable with them which is great to see as his mom. Before deciding on Primrose we interviewed 5 other daycares in the Dublin/Hilliard area and I found all of the prices pretty comparable. It’s great that diapers and wipes are included, and meals/snacks - which my Son always seems to eat more of at school than at home! 😂

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The owners are the absolute WORST!!! Do not expect them to have any accountability - in fact, the owner yelled at my husband when we were merely trying to address our concerns for matters that legally rise to the level of negligence. For instance, my 2 and 1/2 year old son was left outside BY HIMSELF FOR AN UNBEKNOWNST AMOUNT OF TIME. He was unattended and no one could tell me how long he was trying to get back into the building. Luckily, a teacher was going on break and saw him crying and trying to get back into the building. The state of Ohio was called to do an investigation. This is just ONE of the many terrible experiences we endured. My child absolutely HATED it there. We now attend another daycare and my child is the happiest I’ve see him and they actually keep him engaged. Please do not send your child here. A myriad of things that occur at Primrose legally rise to the level of negligence.
