  The teachers at this center are really amazing, starting from Mrs sara,Mrs shivon,Mrs Nada, Mrs Danka,Mrs Raygan ,Mrs Jessi,and Mrs Tayri. All these teachers contributed greatly in my kids development. I want to thank you all for what you do . May God bless you all. Mrs Tammy you are the best center director. 💓 I will recommend this center to any parent who is in search for a daycare.

  My daughter (2-3 y.o.) was enrolled at Pickerington Kindercare when I was working full time for about a year and a half. In that time, I saw so much growth in her - from her ability to communicate to her academic skills to social enrichment. She made friends and had so much fun each day she was there. Additionally, she loved her teachers, who were all kind, loving, and patient. The site director (Tammy) and the assistant site director (Austin) are excellent leaders, supportive of the kids' families and of their employees, and very child-centric. Our family felt fortunate to have our daughter enrolled at Pickerington Kindercare - such a great fit for our needs and a place that always provided peace of mind for our little one's care.

  I was very nervous about sending my 2 month old to daycare but Kindercare and the staff at the Cross Creeks center have completely exceeded my expectations and have put my mind at ease. They are not only excellent with my son, but their app allows me to see exactly what he does all day and I frequently get pictures of him throughout his day. On top of that, the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I am so glad I sent him to this center!

  I would never return. Was never charged the amount I was suppose to pay weekly, the amount was always different but they could never explain why and even though I had receipts tried telling me I was behind but could not provide proof of that. If I asked anything it was "I'll get back to you" but never would. Both managers are incompetent. Instead of making the parent feel comfortable to talk to them where they can work out a problem together they get defensive. My husband and I would be told two separate things on many occasions that finally we both recorded us talking to the same manager about the thing and she literally turned the tables in both recordings trying to cause problems between him and I. I took my son out of their daycare that day and never returned.
