  Honestly, I wouldn’t even give them one star if Google didn’t make that the minimum. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing and chaotic not to speak on. Winderly Lane KinderCare has completely lost its structure and professionalism. I was charged for care my child never even received. When I questioned it, I was told that no one had been handling their accounting during a leadership transition. I was also told I would be reimbursed and given back pay for days I paid when my child couldn’t attend because of their staffing issues I’ve received nothing to this day. There were multiple times they notified me last-minute — sometimes while I was pulling into the parking lot that there were no teachers available to care for the children. I even received calls while I was already at work saying they didn’t have rides for the kids that day. It was constant confusion, with no plan in place, and parents were just expected to figure it out. The staff turnover is nonstop. There’s always someone quitting, and every few weeks there’s a new face in the classroom. There’s no consistency, no accountability, and the communication is terrible. It’s hard to trust people with your child when the environment feels so unstable. What used to be a clean, professional daycare has turned into complete disorganization. I pulled my child out because I no longer felt confident that they were being cared for safely or responsibly. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone especially working parents who need peace of mind and reliability. Until they get real leadership and a serious audit of their operations, I wouldn’t take the risk.

  The staff is very caring towards the children and families they serve. Clean and organized location. Very pleased and at ease with my child attending KinderCare at this location.

  I absolutely love this KinderCare. I had my 2 boys here and now my daughter is in Pre-K. We moved 2 years ago but despite having 2 other kindercare close to our home, we made the decision to drive a bit out of the way to keep our daughter at this location. The staff here is amazing! Ms. Dawn, Ms. Jess, Ms. Jillian really make this place perfect for my daughter and she love this place so much that even on the weekends she asks when she can come back. I 100% trust the staff here and I would not want anyone else looking after my daughter. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a daycare in Reynoldsburg/ Pickerington area.

  Honestly this is an awful expierence for kindercare! Dawn is completely rude and has a personal vendetta against my 3year old son. Called the head of Columbus NEVER received a call back! Ive been treated very poorly by the director! Kindercare is struggling and is taking it out in the families who need daycare to survive Miss Jess on the other hand is absolutely amazing! I love her to death, she was the only reason my children and myself were upset to leave! She should be running this place!! She is an amazing representation of how to treat your families! Update. I reached out to the number posted below. Was supposed to be contacted within 24 to 28 hours. No one ever responded back. Kindercare does NOT care about the families just the money! If I could give them a 0 I would. I had asked for my children's pictures the day after I picked up what was in the cabbies they threw away my children's actual photos!
