  The new director is doing amazing and turning this place around. I asked about the claims of neglect that they have had and she assured me that as soon as she was notified of any wrong doing, it was reported to state and they came out and did the investigation but the girl that the claim was against had already parted ways with the company. We have gone here for 5 years now and never had a bad experience. Teachers are always loving, attentive, and care deeply about the children.

  I had my son here and pulled him out. I found out this place was not safe for him or other children. Between citations, parents review of child abuse and having proof among witnessing things.This place has so many citations from this month december to going back several months. Before sending your child to a daycare I recommend looking it up. All daycares have inspections and this daycare every month keeps getting citations. They just got cited this month for Utilize cruel, harsh, unusual, or extreme techniques; with children. This can be viewed among other citations. There was other parents reviews infact 3 others stating about the citations and child abuse and how there is proof. To search the daycare you will have to type N. Ridgeville. Ohio gov website. This daycare should not be open.

  I apologize, previously posted the review for the wrong location. Such a fantastic daycare! We had two boys that went there, 4 days a week. The staff there are very friendly. The teaching and lesson plans were amazing. There were daily updates and pictures of everything they were doing. Recently they implemented a lock box for personal cellphones of staff, although I don’t think absolutely necessary, it’s nice to see that they take it serious. The only reason we will no longer be going is because we are moving away. Thank You for providing a safe and fun environment for our children.

  My son has been attending Kindercare for almost a year now. His previous daycare closed unexpectedly and I had less than a month to find a new daycare. Kindercare was the first place I called and I'm so glad i did! The director and all the staff are super nice and accommodating and made the transition process super easy! The teachers are all great with giving updates on the kids throughout the day and the facility is always clean! If you are looking for a 5 star childcare facility, this is the one!!!

  My three-year-old has attended the N. Ridgeville location since she was five months old and she LOVES it. She comes home every day saying new words, showing off her artwork, and talking about how much fun she had with her teachers. They give us a sheet each day that tells us what she did, how she slept, what she ate so we stay informed of her progress. She has MANY favorite teachers across the classrooms she's been in, and as a working mom, it feels good to leave her with people who I know genuinely care about her. I highly recommend the N. Ridgeville Kindercare.
