  The new director is doing amazing and turning this place around. I asked about the claims of neglect that they have had and she assured me that as soon as she was notified of any wrong doing, it was reported to state and they came out and did the investigation but the girl that the claim was against had already parted ways with the company. We have gone here for 5 years now and never had a bad experience. Teachers are always loving, attentive, and care deeply about the children.

  I had my son here and pulled him out. I found out this place was not safe for him or other children. Between citations, parents review of child abuse and having proof among witnessing things.This place has so many citations from this month december to going back several months. Before sending your child to a daycare I recommend looking it up. All daycares have inspections and this daycare every month keeps getting citations. They just got cited this month for Utilize cruel, harsh, unusual, or extreme techniques; with children. This can be viewed among other citations. There was other parents reviews infact 3 others stating about the citations and child abuse and how there is proof. To search the daycare you will have to type N. Ridgeville. Ohio gov website. This daycare should not be open.

  Both of our children attended Young Explorers in North Ridgeville. We loved every teacher they had, the facility is clean, bright and happy. Our kids thrived in the environment and learned much more than we could have imagined. The teachers loved and cared for our children in the best of ways. They have a wonderful app that they fill with information and photos each day for communication and updates. We have been incredibly happy at the school and we’ve been there since it opened.

  I truly have no worries with my 4 and half year old son attending this school. Love the teachers , Communication , the App is perfect with updates though the day . Highly recommend this place for your children.

  We tried Primrose and Young Explorers, and ultimately ended up at Kindercare. I wish we never would have wasted our time at the others. The KinderCare staff is amazing. The center may not be newly built like the others, but their cleanliness, staff, and curriculum set them apart. The communication to the parents also surpasses the others. When annual state inspections were conducted (this is a surprise inspection), the Director sent a communication to all parents with the results of the inspection. As a parent, this transparency is so comforting - not to mention the report had absolutely nothing of concern. My child has also advanced tremendously from an academic standpoint and is a social butterfly! I’m so glad we chose KC!
