  My son Kade loves this daycare! This location in New Albany is literally my favorite daycare so far. It’s clean and the teachers are amazing and very caring. I would recommend this daycare!

  I have taken my girls to this daycare over a year and had several insidents of them not changing my daughters diaper. At pick up several times my daughter had her diaper soaked and clothes. Addressed the issue more than 4 times and never got a reasonable explanation. All where blamed towards my daughter a toddler. But never took responsibility of the negligence to change my daughter and care for her. They always looked the other way to cover their teachers and staff. They care more about their name and location and hide insidents like they never happened or at least that’s how they treated this one. After I got upset and wanted an investigation I didn’t take my daughter for two weeks and they kicked my daughter out of the system they said they had to fill my spot and they weren’t sure if I was come if back. That was Bulll! They said they called me and they never did and I’m such short time after an investigation needed to take place they decided to take me out their system like if we never excited. I also witnessed their assistant director being rude and mean to colored children very upset and mad at their service and how daycares can get away with this kind of staff also because of the location they are in. New Albany área it’s a shame don’t trust this daycare..

  This is absolutely the best care you can provide your child in the area! I have never had anything but great things to say about this place. If we didn't relocate to Tennessee, you can believe our daughter would have been there until the end. Our daughter's teachers became apart of our extended family. The administration goes above and beyond to ensure that the parents are comfortable and happy with the care they provide. Mr. Joe, the chef, IS AWESOME. Our daughter always said "I have to eat all my food to make Mr. Joe Joe happy!" I cannot say enough great things about this place. Your child will absolutely fall in love, in turn, making you feel at ease leaving your child in great hands!
