- ANAaron NixNov 2, 20255.0Primrose school is head and shoulders above the rest of the preschool/day care facilities in the greater Medina area. We moved our daughter here after having a difficult experience at her previous school and we could not be more happy with how our daughter’s attitude towards school has improved and how much she is progressing academically and socially. She is thriving and it is in large part to the care and education she is receiving at Primrose. The facilities are always well cleaned, the food is thoughtfully prepared, the communication is excellent, top notch playground equipment, toys and all other items are really high quality and we feel great about our daughter being here. Like all schools there is turnover in the staff but, each time a new teacher has come onboard they’ve done a really nice job. You can tell that the management has good hiring practices as all the staff has been great. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We really like the Procare app. As well as the emails summarizing what went on each day. They also do a wonderful job of keeping us informed if there are any issues throughout the day.

They are so attentive to my child and share pictures and experiences on their app. The facility is clean and new. Their program is top notch. I swear, my son eats better lunch and snacks there than we do during the day too! I am so glad we made the switch here and have zero regrets.
