Miss Carly & Miss Jen are the absolute best, always willing to lend a helping hand, and all of the teachers are fantastic and take amazing care of our girls. From potty training to transitioning to school age, I could not have asked for better people to work with & I am beyond thankful for them! With the stress parents have of transitioning their kids to the real world, the directors & teachers were so communicative, understanding & helpful. They also are extremely flexible, when our work schedules have changed last minute, they are more than welcoming to have our girl to help us out. I will say, there is no better feeling than walking in that door and your girl runs up to the teachers & hugs them. Or even the other little kids running up to your kid giving them a big hug. It's the sweetest thing! We are super thankful for the South Medina KinderCare team & them taking such good care of our girl.

Before COVID-19, they offered my son help (sensory challenges & ADHD), awesome teachers, very supportive and really understood what it means to be in childcare and teach. Fast forward to COVID-19 reopening and it's been amazing. Being an essential worker, they had my son come back, they follow all CDC guidelines and even go beyond them and do more, constant contact with staff and teachers & once again helping my little one succeed. Compared to his last daycare, they blow them out of the water. If you're looking for a place with dedicated, commitment & a wonderful yet caring place to bring your kid(s) please check them out!! Absolutely adore everyone here!!!
