Miss Carly & Miss Jen are the absolute best, always willing to lend a helping hand, and all of the teachers are fantastic and take amazing care of our girls. From potty training to transitioning to school age, I could not have asked for better people to work with & I am beyond thankful for them! With the stress parents have of transitioning their kids to the real world, the directors & teachers were so communicative, understanding & helpful. They also are extremely flexible, when our work schedules have changed last minute, they are more than welcoming to have our girl to help us out. I will say, there is no better feeling than walking in that door and your girl runs up to the teachers & hugs them. Or even the other little kids running up to your kid giving them a big hug. It's the sweetest thing! We are super thankful for the South Medina KinderCare team & them taking such good care of our girl.

In the midst of a pandemic, they have made us feel as safe and comfortable as possible taking him there. They follow all of the necessary safety protocols including masks and social distancing. They only allow one parent in the lobby at a time for drop off and to check temperatures. They require a status update each morning to ensure the health and safety of all of the children. On top of all of this, we love the pictures and activities that are reported back to us each day so that we can see what our son is doing. We can really tell he is developing and learning from his time there. He is always smiling and having a great time when he is at daycare.
