Our son has been apart of the enchanted family for almost 2 years. Since day one of dropping him around 6m, we have been nothing but supported and embraced by the staff. They genuinely care about my child and I can’t rave enough about Ms Sarah (spelled wrong - my bad). She’s a fantastic human being and I’m so blessed to have her apart our sons’ growth and development.

Enchanted Care has been a saving grace for my family. We had an incident with another provider recently and THANKFULLY Enchanted Care had a spot for my girl. The teachers and Admin are all so friendly and made the transition for my daughter so smooth and now she’s excited to go to “school” again. My heart has been so happy having a safe space for my girl to learn and play.

My 2 year old currently attends here 5 days a week, it's a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it for all he's learning. My little one is definitely a cling on but his teachers are super good at distracting him in the mornings so I can head off to work without worrying about a meltdown. Definitely glad we decided to enroll here!

Services were at a standard I would call above satisfactory. Only problem that I remember at the time was the office manager. She was less than pleasant. When I terminated the services I had no outstanding balance. I paid all due balances and ceased services as my schedule for work had changed and with this, no longer required their services. I say this now, several years later as I received a collections notice from Enchanted Care Learning Center regarding unclear charges from the Marysville location. I believe this is in relation to said previously referred to individual. On inquiry, there was no response as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and it quietly dropped from my credit report on challenge. The services rendered were above expected and the individuals who cared for my child were absolutely fantastic if memory recalls, but as far as business practices are concerned please keep records and ask questions regarding all due balances. It is rare for me to go out of my way to review a company, but hopefully this helps anyone making a decision. They are fantastic and the caretakers are absolutely wonderful with children. But please watch their financials and billing. Any problems will come from that direction, as I can't say with certainty their office personnel always act in good faith or diligence.
