  Be wary of the bus drivers that are in charge of picking up and dropping off your children with this company. These drivers arrive to Ridgewood Elementary School late every single day and instead of lawfully waiting to get into the parking lot like the rest of the people have to do, they just drive around the line of traffic into the center lane of Dublin Road and then cut off all the cars sitting there waiting to turn right into the school. I’ve seen them cause so many near-accidents because they can’t be bothered to wait and think they are entitled to cut to the front of the line and come into oncoming turn lanes to get to the front of the school. The fact that people in charge of driving children can’t even follow the basic rules of the road astounds me. Every day I pass this area and wonder when one of these charter buses full of children is going to get hit because the drivers at Enchanted Care can’t show up to this school 20 minutes earlier. If a school is letting out at 3:30, why are your drivers not arriving until 3:35-3:40 and then causing inconvenience to everyone else because of THEIR poor time management?? Your drivers are not above the law and are playing stupid games of chicken with people’s children onboard. It’s ridiculous and something needs to be done. This area is chaotic and dangerous enough during the school zone time, so I don’t know why people in charge of children would deliberately add to that.

  My daughter had been there for years until Friday when they beat her up. She came home scratched, and the new head teacher did nothing, she just pretended not to notice. My daughter's former teacher always didn't like her there; they'd leave her without food and make her cry. For what you pay, it's not worth it. They have favoritism, and the head teacher is rude and knows absolutely nothing about the place or the children's records. She asks the old teachers where they are since she doesn't know anything either. The menus were always different, and when you send a notification, she gets a response four days later.

  We absolutely love Enchanted Care. When we switched out son's preschool to Enchanted Care we saw a huge increase in his vocabulary. We really love the teachers and above all we know our son is safe there.

  I am extremely disappointed with the way this school treated my 3-year-old daughter. As a parent, it is heartbreaking to see your child come home upset and confused because of how she was spoken to or treated. I expected a nurturing and supportive environment, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. Instead of patience and understanding, we witnessed a lack of compassion and professionalism from staff members who should know better, especially when dealing with such young children. My daughter deserves kindness and respect—something every child should receive at school. I do not feel safe or comfortable sending her back here, and I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before enrolling their children in this school.
