So far, such an amazing and communicative experience from the time we took a tour here. Both my kids (2 & 4) came from another school (that was highly recommended) we thought they would be at until they grew out of the program— which unfortunately is not the case after finding out a lot of what was going on behind the scenes there. We are so lucky and happy primrose galena had availability for our kids at the time of wanting to switch so “last minute” and everyone here has been so accommodating, kind and helpful. Our first full week at the school was last week and both kids have adjusted seemingly well and WANT to go! I honestly couldn’t ask for more as a mom, as both struggled to want to go to their last school and it broke my heart— so this is a blessing!
So far, I definitely recommend this school. All directors & teachers have spoken to us, shown us around and seem to love what they do and it shows.
Thank you!

This daycare did not follow our doctor's instructions or provide reasonable accomodations for our child.
They think you work to pay their rent and they view your child as a burden.
My wife is in tears every day, preparing our daughter for daycare, knowing they will find some reason to complain and send our daughter home in the middle of the day.
They put my 4 year old in a diaper after she wet herself. Then she cried for an hour and a half. Then I had to leave work to come get her. I took the diaper off and 90 seconds later she was a happy child.
If your child doesn't nap, they will make you take them home. They will keep taking your money and dump all the problems of child care straight back onto you.

We’ve had such a great experience with Primrose School of Galena! As parents of two children enrolled here, we truly feel they are loved and cared for every single day. The teachers and leadership go above and beyond to make sure the children feel safe and happy, and it really shows. What we love most is how much their learning carries over at home, our children are excited to share what they’ve learned and are growing in so many ways. The communication is great, the school is clean, and overall, it’s just been a wonderful place for our family. Highly recommend!

Are extraordinary.
We have been at a previously highly rated spot but the amazing educators at Primrose have exceeded our expectations.
The feeling my grandson, age 4, said as we walked out after just the first day was, “this place is
awesome”.
I thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a real school experience for their children look here.
