We’ve had such a great experience with Primrose School of Galena! As parents of two children enrolled here, we truly feel they are loved and cared for every single day. The teachers and leadership go above and beyond to make sure the children feel safe and happy, and it really shows. What we love most is how much their learning carries over at home, our children are excited to share what they’ve learned and are growing in so many ways. The communication is great, the school is clean, and overall, it’s just been a wonderful place for our family. Highly recommend!

We’ve had a truly wonderful experience at the Primrose School of Galena. From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing—caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being and development. The classrooms are always spotless and well-organized, creating a safe and welcoming environment for learning and play.
The school follows a structured curriculum that keeps our children engaged and growing in all the right ways. One of our favorite features is the Procare app, which keeps us updated throughout the day with several pictures, activities, and important notes—it’s such a comfort and helps us feel connected.
Primrose also offers fantastic extras like Tap and Tumble, Huddle Up Hoops, visits from Kona Ice, Cookie Friday, Splash Day, Spring Fling, and monthly Parents’ Night Out. These programs go above and beyond, making the experience even more enriching for both kids and parents.
It genuinely feels like a second home—a true community and extended family. We highly recommend Primrose School of Galena to anyone looking for a nurturing, high-quality early education for their child!!

Primrose of Galena is an excellent school and second home for our kids. The staff is always welcoming and the teachers truly care for each and every child in the school. Teachers connect with the students from day one and continue to follow their success even when the student has moved up to a new class. It's a family vibe, with "big school" features such as structured curriculum, extensive staff trainings, teacher support, add on activities such as basketball and tap & tumble, and seasonal events such as Santa and Easter Bunny visits. They even have a Pumpkin Fairy around Halloween. Our boys have thrived in their time there. Most days our oldest doesn't want to leave at the end of the day because teachers are still building towers, interacting, and playing with him - no matter when we pick up. Teachers understand that kids are kids and have valid feelings, fears, and needs. They treat each child with understanding and respect. No struggle is "too hard to handle" and no feelings are "too big or unwanted". It's all about the children and their needs. Not many schools have a staff that will dedicate EVERY minute of their day to EVERY child in the room - even at the day's end. And the love and attention doesn't stop with the teachers, the admin staff can often be found helping in classrooms and playing with kids when time allows. But the focus doesn't stop with kids. The admin team knows parents by name and asks how the PARENTS are doing on a daily basis. What a great experience for everyone.
