I wish I could give a great review but after my 25 year experience in child care I am truly mind blown. I'll start here when my ex husband and I toured the center there was children jumping off furniture and staff looking exhausted and miserable. I figured maybe it was a fluke day and enrolled anyways cause I trusted the Kindercare company. Then over the last 2-3 weeks as new enrollments I've seen kids running all over the classroom, throwing toys, jumping off the furniture and I was nearly hit with objects several times. Going in to the classroom(3 year old) is always pure madness and the dirty looks i got from the one teacher in the afternoon was wild, no greeting or acknowledgement from the teacher no telling me how my son's day was and if I dared to ask she would snap at me and say yup good day the storm after the kids or litterly talk down to another teacher cause they didnt understand her. Im floored. Then after all that happen my son began the monkey see monkey do and was jumping off the furniture cause of lack of structure in the classroom. He was wrong for that but I was called and upon calling I was demanded to pick him up with in an hour or he would be kicked out which is extreme for a first time offense and rude considering us parents have to work around our own work schedules. And because my ex showed up just past the hour mark due to work he was told my son couldn't come back. Plus the assistant director lied and told him that I said I refused to pick him up when she was on the phone in the classroom which is considered out of compliance according to ohio state licensing. What I did say is its ridiculous that I have to pick up my kid when he learned this behavior here. I never refused to get him. I am now taking further measures on this but if you enroll here be careful they love to kick out kids if you as the parent don't meet their demands.

Want to commend the Center and teachers there as a whole. Ms Christina and Ms Joy are tremendous as we trust both our daughters at this Site. They love the environment created by everyone and their friends, the activities and social learning have been invaluable in their young development. Special call-outs but not limited to Ms Amanda, Ms Angela, Ms Mel, Ms Allyssa in Preschool. With Ms Becka, Ms Cindy, Ms Nanya, Ms Shelby & Ms Shamariona in Toddlers. Ms Mel, Ms Nicole, Ms Kelly are among others that keep the day-to-day heartbeat going at the center and with the kids. This being Teacher Appreciation week, I just want to express gratitude for how they handle all the wrinkles that each and every day present with all the children and families. They make what can be a stressful decision (of who and how our children are taken care of each and everyday) into a comforting and encouraging development in the early formative years! Big thanks to all those at KinderCare in Fairlawn as a satisfied and appreciative parent.

From day one of dropping our (yet to turn) 4 month old daughter off, we knew we were lucky to have Ms. Cindy to receive her and take care of her as if she is her own. My daughter gleams and glows every day at drop off, and we are extremely grateful to have her in Ms Cindy's class and care. Ms. Cindy is a parents' dream teacher, and we absolutely appreciate her so much!

Great facility. Crappy company. I am on title 20 which means I get assistance to pay for my childcare. They charge for every extra activity $25 each. I cannot afford my child to do everything so she gets upset because she is constantly left out. They charge over $100 per child for there summer camp program. Any other daycare only charges title 2p parents $25 per child. They told me if I didn't pay for it they could not attend the daycare all summer. So therefore either I lose my job or pay for it with my bill money. They also charge a $75 per child annual fee which no other daycare does that. Like if they are going to charge all of this on top of a weekly amount they should not accept title 20 knowing the poor people can't afford it. There rates are already outrageous.
