  This center is absolutely the worst daycare i ever sent my kids too. The center director Lisa doesn’t speak to anyone you have to speak to her first! She literally sits in her office with her daughter trinity who is supposed to be teaching but seems like they all in the office with her baby all day in the dark. They only do 1 activity a day then post on their site then the rest of the day looking an iPad with over 15 students. They cannot keep any staff there they always short staffed because everyone quits and say how unorganized they are. Also if they have activities the center director Lisa will text you that day after you drop your kids off that they will be having water day that’s how you find out if it’s extra activities. There is no weekly or monthly schedule just a mess! The center director Lisa told me after 2 years my son been going there she never received his medical forms and couldn’t come back, but he’s been there for 2 years now she wants to say something because the state board was coming in and she told me, she’s not getting an point. They overcharged my account and i have vouchers and the center director boss never called me back to get rid of the late fees. They don’t have an cook the director Lisa is the cook! And the director Lisa will order fast food for her and her daughter trinity and eat in front of the kids!

  My child has been going here since 2022. We love the staff and Ms. Keisha. We are so sad that is she leaving and she will be missed. I hope KinderCare knows that they are losing a gem and I wish that we could keep her. We don’t like change and we are worried for the center once she leaves but she keeps telling us to be positive. This center has done a 180 since she took over. The world need more people like Ms. Keisha and her staff.

  This is my babies daycare. They are currently enrolling. I would DEFINEYLY recommend them especially if you have littles with behavioral or special needs. My son went thru a traumatic experience last year when he WALKED out the front door of a fully staffed daycare(not kc) and across the street by a major highway to my work to find me at a fresh 4 years old. And as you can imagine as a mom itd be hard to trust a daycare again with my babies, but kindercare has been EVERYTHING. They go above an beyond not only for their kiddos but the parents. They really are like my other family.they keep you updated on your babies day on their App. Check them out. You wont be disappointed. ❤❤😍🤞🏼

  My 2 daughters have been going to this center for almost a year now and I have NEVER been so incredibly satisfied with the amount of care, love and time that they have poured into my children. My youngest is 4 and is very particular and has a hard time with change. During her class transition they made sure to transition her best friend as well, ensuring that they were not separated. This has made things for her, as well as my family so much easier, I honestly do not believe that anywhere but this center would have done such a thing. They never fail to check in on me too.. being a single mom they know that sometimes life can be tough, there’s been plenty of times when I’ve sat in the office and talked to the Director, Assistant Director or several of the Teachers. I HIGHLY recommend this center from the bottom of my heart and thank the team there for being so amazing 🤗

  Worst experience !!EVER!! No one called me about this happening to my child it happened at around 10am. I didn’t find out about it until I came to pick my child up from school that was about 5pm. The lady that runs the KinderCare is !!VERY!! RUDE AND NASTY AS WELL also the teachers there does sneaky things like rolling eyes at kids. This is not the first time I’ve heard about someone having problems with the kindercare one lady was on the news about a similar situation they get a 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎FROM ME AND MY FAMILY
