We are so happy with our decision! Kindercare has an amazing curriculum, great activities, the food is healthy and nutritious, and the teachers are the absolute sweetest people! There are no words to express how happy we are with Kindercare and the staff! We cannot recommend them enough!!!

Early on, we noticed our son coming home with bandages without any explanation or incident report from the staff. That was already concerning, but the major incident that caused us to completely lose trust was related to his severe dairy allergy. We made sure the daycare had his allergy information, provided doctor’s forms, and were reassured that he would be safe in their care. Despite this, just a few weeks later we received an emergency call that he had been given yogurt and eaten several bites. We rushed to the school and had to immediately give him medicine as he broke out in hives. Our son is at risk of going into anaphylactic shock if exposed to dairy, and this situation could have ended much worse if we hadn’t been able to respond so quickly. This was a very frightening experience and his last day at the center. Until the daycare prioritizes children’s safety, takes allergies seriously, and improves communication with parents, I cannot recommend them.
