My son is enrolled there since he was 4 months old. The front office staff is friendly and caring. The teachers in the room with the child really care. The app sends me push notifications throughout the day. Each week the school has fun little activities. I am a first time mom and the staff is understanding even when I have a bunch of questions or concerns. They say hello and good night each day to our son. We are so happy with this location.

We love this primrose and the front office staff! They are always making sure our kiddos are well taken care of, from the baby room, to potty training to getting ready to for Kindergarten. This primrose provides diapers , wipes, all meals, and snacks in tuition. We are even offered extra curriculum such as basketball and tap and tumble. Thanks for all that you do!

My wife and I recently transferred our son from another daycare to this one. It was the best choice we could have made. The overall structure of the classrooms and teachers is great. There has been some turnover but the quality is still there. Since we have come to primrose at least 4 other families from our old daycare have come over as well. We all share the same joy and comfort with his school. Our son is talking more and learning things faster each week. Would fully recommend this school.

My son has been a Primrose student for more than 2 years. We love the Primrose brand! We’re constantly being told how smart our son is and he’s always being compared to children 1-2 yrs older than him which I believe is partly attributable to Primrose’s in-depth curriculum. When we started potty training, I was concerned that going from home to school would delay my son being potty trained. It was the complete opposite. The school asked what the process at home was and they aligned his school routine to our home process. They even made recommendations that they’ve seen work with other kids. My son was potty trained within days (including #2 which typically takes the longest to get). We were in lock step the whole time. This, along with the school’s early intro to using the potty was instrumental in him getting trained so quickly. Like any daycare, there have been opportunities but the administrators have always been open and receptive to feedback and most importantly they take action. They frequently send surveys to parents for feedback and will follow up to understand and take action which lets me know they’re truly listening and not just asking to ask.

My son started going to Primrose School of Reynoldsburg at just 3 months old & we have loved it there! Their communication with parents & updates on the app are great. They are easy to reach out to & always answer any questions or concerns quickly. I love that there is educational curriculum in every room - even the youngest babies! It’s so hard to drop off your kids somewhere for 8-9 hours a day, but knowing he’s in such great hands is really comforting. My son is so happy there & is meeting all his milestones/learning social skills like a rockstar. They even helped me figure out what questions to ask his pediatrician when he was having belly issues and it helped diagnose his acid reflux. As a first time mom, I didn’t recognize the symptoms, but his teachers did and they suggested I go talk to his pediatrician about it. They really went the extra mile to monitor and record his symptoms and spent one on one time with him to comfort him as he was adjusting to daycare. That diagnosis has made a night & day difference for my son! All the activities & events that even the little babies get to participate in make me so happy. We will be at Primrose School of Reynoldsburg for as long as we can & I know my son will start school with such an advantage thanks to Primrose! I will always recommend Primrose School of Reynoldsburg to anyone I talk to!
