If I could leave zero stars I would. My child is autistic and this center was referred because they have speech services. On the enrollment forms you can give specifics about your child and how to work with them. At the time my daughter was 3 years old and in the preschool room. This is a new environment for her not all children adapt to new places, however their solution to “helping” her was to place her inside the infant room. Overall the daycare started off nice but I truly saw what was happening with my child and removed her from this neglectful environment. There would be an incident everyday due to my child hitting/biting other children because she is picking up on other children’s behavior, they kept pressuring me into sending her to a special needs daycare ultimately to get her out of their center. When expressed I cannot do that because of my work schedule and this is convenient for us both I will not be able to do so. When a child bit my daughter I was not called or given a incident report despite the cameras in the classroom, but they called me every time or even suspended my child for learned behaviors instead of putting her in the appropriate classroom per her age group. I asked them every time why she can’t be moved and they stuck with the same excuse about not having room in the center but kept enrolling babies for the infant room. There are no accommodations for children on the spectrum at this center. My child is now thriving at her new center and preschool where they are properly trained and take the time to work with my daughter.

I wouldn’t trust this center with my own child. The website says they offer field trips, teach ASL, Spanish, and Mandarin, and provide formula for infants — but none of that was actually happening while I was there. It looks good on paper, but it’s not what families are getting.
What really concerns me is what I saw behind the scenes. Staff were swearing in front of kids, and sometimes at them. One teacher even put hands on her own child in front of other students. Licensing has come out multiple times due to abuse complaints from both parents and former staff.
It might look clean and friendly from the outside, but I’d be really careful. Families deserve honesty, respect, and a place that’s actually safe and supportive for their kids, not just something that sounds good online.
