  High teacher and admin turn over. Been going here about a year and a half. Initially everything was good, we transfered from a bad daycare. But there has been so many teachers and administration changes. New rules that have "always been in place", but are only mentioned or enforced with some kids when there is an issue with the parent. Certain teachers aren't doing there jobs when I comes to bathroom breaks and cleanliness. My child has started to regression in his behavior and when speaking to admin there is no solution and really no care. Emails sent and ignore. I'm frustrated because this was such a good daycare when we started he was doing so good but all the teacher that seemed like they really cared have quit.

  The facility itself is nice…the only issue I’ve had is with leadership or lack there of. I don’t do well with inconsistent expectations.

  We recently moved from a different day care due to issues with teachers and hygiene within the center. We have been at this center for about 5 months and when I say I have never felt so comfortable dropping my child off with people who I know will care for him like he was their own. Heidi the center director is hardworking and always doing what’s best for the center. She’s stays on top of compliance and provides great communication. I feel so much more secure having my child there where I know he is well cared for and provided educational support!

  Heidi and the entire staff are AMAZING!!! My son Easton started attending in the beginning of November and I have nothing but great things to say. Easton looks forward to going to school (daycare) everyday and always has something exciting to share! You can tell that the staff genuinely love what they do. Not to mention how CLEAN and INVITING the center is! My 10 year old said he wished that Enchanted Care was his daycare! lol hahahaha true story!!!!!

  Nasty workers!! The managers are lazy director is lazy babies aren’t being treated right at all the workers like to smoke in the parking lot the smell lingers don’t send any age here they’ll be treated with no care just dirty environment
