It has a great balance of curriculum that I'm very confident will have our son prepared for his next school, but also enough "soft" and fun activities that he goes to school and comes home happy!

I had a terrible experience at this daycare. My son was transitioned to the 2 year old room at 22 months. He was biting other kids less than a week in to the new class room I was called in for a meeting and was blindsided and was told my child was no longer welcome at primrose because of the biting. I couldn’t believe a daycare couldn’t handle a very common child development issue. They didn’t give him a chance, he wasn’t in the new class for a full week. After leaving primrose I am so happy this happened there were a lot of red flags at this facility that I overlooked and my child couldn’t wait to leave each day. The new daycare I have brought my son was able to address the biting issues right away and I have had no issues since a couple of weeks of him transitioning! I have to force him to leave! One of his teachers at primrose reached out to me after leadership made my son leave and couldn’t believe how management handled the situation. I have a sweet boy that was not even given a chance. The cost of this daycare and the quality and knowledge of care doesn’t go together.

We absolutely love the staff and everything Primrose stands for. Our daughter has always been a little advanced and Primrose meets her needs with the education and playtime criteria that they offer to all of the kiddos. Jammie and Stephanie are both our daughters favorite teachers and they have made the transition into the daycare environment very easy for her. Everyone is sweet, caring, and professional. We make the 25-35 minute hike every morning because this facility is more than worth it.

We have been with Primrose School of Symmes for 4 years and have had 3 kids go through each room (Young Infant - Kindergarten). I have watched each child excel and learn beyond anything I could imagine for their ages. The staff at Primrose School of Symmes is beyond consistent with a very low turnover (all of my kids have had many of the same teachers in the same room over the 4 years we’ve been there). The staff gets to know the families and cares and loves the kids like they are their own. Their safety is a top priority, especially during these times with COVID they have taken every measure to ensure the kids are safe and remain healthy, while not hindering the education and care they are getting. Our kids have made great friends in their time attending (many of who have also been with them since the infant room).

Both of my kids attended Primrose School of Symmes from the time they were 2 all the way through Private Kindergarten. We loved the focus Primrose pays to early childhood education and feel that both the kids got a strong foundation going into elementary school. All the teachers are outstanding and it shows that they love being around kids. The meals are prepared within the center and they even accommodated our request for vegetarian meals for our kids. They have plenty of fun programs too for the kids to participate in (iSpace, Soccer Shots, Tumblebus, Kona Ice, Spring Fling....etc) to name a few. Overall we feel we made the right decision to send our kids here...and strongly recommend the place.
