It has a great balance of curriculum that I'm very confident will have our son prepared for his next school, but also enough "soft" and fun activities that he goes to school and comes home happy!

I’m so grateful for the teachers and staff at Primrose. We came to the Ohio area a year ago. My 3 year old had never been in a daycare setting before. They helped potty train him and provide an educational experience for him. He has found teachers he absolutely loves, who have taken the time to understand him. We are so grateful for this experience and for the people who help us know this was the right decision for our family. Thank you Primrose of Symmes!!

Let me start by saying I am an over the top anxious mom, especially when it comes to who I am leaving my children with. I have researched, toured and even joined a few centers over the years. Ultimately, I had opted for in home care, since my husband worked from home during Covid. Daycare centers just didn’t seem to have the ability to offer the love and nurturing care and attention that we wanted for our children. My husband returned to the office a couple of days per week and also had been expressing his concerns that it was too distracting having our children at home while he was working. So, we were forced to again consider daycare options after many years of avoiding them, and were fortunate enough to land on Primrose of Symmes. We went in prepared to keep our expectations tempered, but I cannot express how wonderful it has been to have all of our expectations exceeded. At Primrose of Symmes, they are so incredibly nurturing and kind and loving. It’s obvious that the caregivers have formed genuine bonds with our children, and that our children feel safe and content while in their care. My children are not easy, as they struggle with transitions. My two year old has always cried for literal hours when being left with even her own grandparents. My 4 year old cried every night and every morning about being left with other sitters. Primrose didn’t have a spot for him initially, so we sent him to another highly rated center and he cried everyday before going and at drop off. He also cried tears of relief and joy at pickup time. After his first day at Primrose of Symmes, he was happy at pickup and even said he wanted to go back. Our two year old did struggle for a couple of months, but has since grown to love her caregivers and there are no tears at drop off anymore. I can’t say enough good things about this center. I am so grateful for them.

I cannot say enough regarding the teachers and staff of Primrose School of Symmes. They are patient, kind and helpful to us as parents. We are amazed at the new things our child learns every week and are appreciative of the time and energy spent with her on a daily basis. She enjoys going to school and has developed many friendships. They have done an amazing job throughout the pandemic to ensure the children are safe and have handled many challenges with grace. Thank you Primrose!

Our family includes a recent Primrose "graduate" and a current Primrose student. We've been with them since our grad was 12 weeks old. For the kids, it's home away from home and there are definitely some "mom away from mom" teachers there. They've handled COVID with an impossible balance of care and practicality and we feel safe and heard. We feel lucky to have found Primrose and, given the choices out there, we would recommend them to anyone!
