We enrolled our 16-month-old son at this daycare with high hopes, but unfortunately had to withdraw him after just two months due to serious concerns about transparency and classroom management. The first red flag came when we took him to a doctor’s appointment during daycare hours. While he was physically with us, we received a notification through the daycare app stating that he had eaten most of his lunch—clearly inaccurate and misleading. It made us question how often such updates were fabricated or copy-pasted without real observation. Another concern was the classroom composition. Our son was supposed to be in a small group of six toddlers, but we found out they were regularly merged with the infant class, resulting in around 14 children being supervised by just two teachers. This raised serious questions about safety, age-appropriate care, and staff-to-child ratios. The final episode was the most troubling. Our son had been vomiting throughout the day, yet we received no notification or update about his condition. When I arrived to pick him up, the teacher told me he had a great day and everything was fine. Moments later, as we exited the room, he vomited on me. Another teacher then approached and mentioned that she had seen vomit on the classroom floor twice but didn’t know which child it came from. This lack of attention and communication was unacceptable. I confronted the school director, who admitted the staff was not under pressure that day and promised to speak with the teachers. But by then, our trust had been broken. We understand that no daycare is perfect, but honesty, communication, and proper supervision are non-negotiable. We hope this feedback helps other parents make informed decisions.

I just want to state that this is an amazing daycare! My kids having been coming here since they were 6 weeks old. They are so loved and well taking care of by the staff members there. Please don’t be fooled by the negative comments on here. I trust everyone in that center with my kids!

I absolutely LOVE this daycare , this was the ONLY daycare that gave my son a chance to learn , and be RESPECTED and treated FAIRLY. The amount of communication I’ve received has been OUT of this world. They are a second family to us and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Our son has been FLOURISHING extremely and I couldn’t have asked for better teachers and staff. They go above and beyond for not only my son but also for myself as a parent. I’m so blessed to have such amazing team of teachers and staff beside my son guiding him in the right direction with 100% support. Thank you Kindercare In Anderson you ALL are the best!!

My granddaughter attends Kindercare and loves it. She receives quality care and is loved. She is 1 and as is typical with toddlers she may eat more of one food group that is offered and the staff makes sure she is fed and hydrated during the day even with playground time when the weather is warmer. If she is having an off day the staff let her parents know and have even reached out to me when they were both on call. There have been times when they have been short staffed but they rally and ensure the kiddos are taken care of and meet the requirements by state. It is discouraging to see the negative reviews when we have only had wonderful experiences at the center. The staff if the office always greet me with a warm hello. The staff have a love and passion to see these children succeed and assist if further services are needed.

To be completely honest with you, if the system allowed me to put zero stars I would. This is literally thee WORST daycare I have ever encountered in my nine years of being a parent. It’s extremely misleading. They first “appear” as if they are a remarkable center that loves children and promotes education. However as time went on, I started to notice things that didn’t make sense. I do not feel like they care about the children there at all. They do not treat all children there the same. My daughter had frequent marks on her face that they were unable to tell me how or why they kept reoccurring at their center. However they were sure to inform me of times and dates when my child did anything that did not meet their “standards”. Mind you, my child is only 3 years old and I received documentation on how she would take her shoes off or running around the classroom. They were quick to point out flaws of my child, but could NEVER recall as to why she continued to get scratches on her face, back of her neck, etc. My child never harmed any other children but continued to get hurt there with no explanation. After addressing the issue of the continual scratches with no explanation and the inconsiderate documentation they were writing about my child, I was approached in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way by TWO of the staff there. The way they spoke to me and comments they made were degrading, disrespectful, and very condescending. One of the staff even tried to intimidate me by letting me know they had anger issues and a military background. Then they brought a new staff member in the classroom who literally wore shorts that exposed all of her upper thighs and cellulite. It was extremely distasteful and unprofessional for a children’s daycare setting. I removed my child from that center that day. Furthermore, I would totally say that I can 100 percent agree that the app they provide just lies. It doesn’t provide an accurate truth on what your child is eating or drinking at all. My child too was severely dehydrated and constantly hungry when I picked her up from that daycare. They do not make sure the children are eating or drinking while at that daycare at all. They constantly were understaffed and there has been more than one occasion where I had to either call off or make last minute arrangements to get my child due to them being closed or short staffed. I was fooled by the lies they told me or things I read on that application. If you love your child at all please NEVER send them to this Kindercare location. The staff there are the epitome of wolves in sheep clothing. With their uncontrollable “anger issues” and lack of respect, how could any trust them to be around their children? Please do not be fooled by what they tell you, because actions will always speak louder than words. Their actions are atrocious and honestly that daycare needs to be shut down. Children that cannot speak or clearly communicate, like infants or toddlers I would definitely not recommend. You literally have no way of knowing how they treat children that young that can’t defend themselves behind closed doors. Protect your children and do NOT send them here.
