I just want to state that this is an amazing daycare! My kids having been coming here since they were 6 weeks old. They are so loved and well taking care of by the staff members there. Please don’t be fooled by the negative comments on here. I trust everyone in that center with my kids!

To be completely honest with you, if the system allowed me to put zero stars I would. This is literally thee WORST daycare I have ever encountered in my nine years of being a parent. It’s extremely misleading. They first “appear” as if they are a remarkable center that loves children and promotes education. However as time went on, I started to notice things that didn’t make sense. I do not feel like they care about the children there at all. They do not treat all children there the same. My daughter had frequent marks on her face that they were unable to tell me how or why they kept reoccurring at their center. However they were sure to inform me of times and dates when my child did anything that did not meet their “standards”. Mind you, my child is only 3 years old and I received documentation on how she would take her shoes off or running around the classroom. They were quick to point out flaws of my child, but could NEVER recall as to why she continued to get scratches on her face, back of her neck, etc. My child never harmed any other children but continued to get hurt there with no explanation.
After addressing the issue of the continual scratches with no explanation and the inconsiderate documentation they were writing about my child, I was approached in the most unprofessional and disrespectful way by TWO of the staff there. The way they spoke to me and comments they made were degrading, disrespectful, and very condescending. One of the staff even tried to intimidate me by letting me know they had anger issues and a military background. Then they brought a new staff member in the classroom who literally wore shorts that exposed all of her upper thighs and cellulite. It was extremely distasteful and unprofessional for a children’s daycare setting. I removed my child from that center that day.
Furthermore, I would totally say that I can 100 percent agree that the app they provide just lies. It doesn’t provide an accurate truth on what your child is eating or drinking at all. My child too was severely dehydrated and constantly hungry when I picked her up from that daycare. They do not make sure the children are eating or drinking while at that daycare at all. They constantly were understaffed and there has been more than one occasion where I had to either call off or make last minute arrangements to get my child due to them being closed or short staffed.
I was fooled by the lies they told me or things I read on that application. If you love your child at all please NEVER send them to this Kindercare location. The staff there are the epitome of wolves in sheep clothing. With their uncontrollable “anger issues” and lack of respect, how could any trust them to be around their children? Please do not be fooled by what they tell you, because actions will always speak louder than words. Their actions are atrocious and honestly that daycare needs to be shut down. Children that cannot speak or clearly communicate, like infants or toddlers I would definitely not recommend. You literally have no way of knowing how they treat children that young that can’t defend themselves behind closed doors. Protect your children and do NOT send them here.

Our children both started at the Anderson KinderCare when they were 12 weeks old. We’ve had a great experience with the center director, AD, and teachers. Both of our kids are hitting their milestones with ease, and developing nicely. The staff works with us and accommodates our needs and wants and takes an individualized approach with our kids. I feel my children are safe during the day, and I appreciate the communication and compassion at this center.

We have been at KinderCare (in Anderson on Witt Rd.) for 2 years now and they have become more than “just daycare teachers” for my girls and our family. Our two girls are in the infant room and the toddler room and they love it and are thriving. It may not be the cheapest daycare center you’ll find, but I wholeheartedly believe the staff care so much about my girls and that is so important to me! The Director (Kelly), teachers and Assistant Director (Mel) are warm and welcoming, want what’s best for my girls and strive to help them succeed. They demonstrate knowledge of child development and work hard to find appropriate solutions to any issues that may arise. The structure and social skills my girls are learning are important and necessary for when they start school. The teachers do lots of sensory and educational activities that help with their cognitive development. (My toddler is constantly surprising me with things she has learned from KinderCare and it’s awesome to see what they even do with my infant.) At KinderCare they periodically do “parent-teacher conferences.” At first I thought it was a joke that they wanted to have a “parent-teacher conference” for my infant, but I found I appreciated this because it validated that we are spending money for more than just a babysitter. They are able to assess different areas of my girls’ development, make a plan for areas of improvement and want us (as parents) to be in-the-know and a part of it. The teachers, director and assistant director are accommodating and keep open communication with us and their other families. It has recently been more difficult (due to COVID restrictions) to communicate with the teachers on a daily basis since we don’t necessarily see them at pick up or drop off each day, but they have been great about utilizing the KinderCare app to keep us as up-to-date and involved as possible. I also know they are just a phone call away if I do need to verbally touch base with them. Although I prefer that daily face to face interaction with my girls’ direct teachers, I appreciate the health and safety practices they are taking during this pandemic and are grateful for it. It’s also helpful that the director and assistant director are present, interactive and able to fill that current gap of communication during COVID restrictions... My family loves and appreciates our KinderCare and my toddler gets so excited about going; check it out because you and your kiddos will love them too!

Honestly I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Kindercare Anderson. Kelly, Mel and their team are phenomenal responding to messages immediately and answering all questions right away. Each teacher has got to know my son so personally and treat him like family. He runs up to the doors each morning excited to see all his friends, he truly loves it there! They treat him like their own and they can tell when he is slightly off his game and has a stomachache or something (related to an ongoing health issue) and immediately they give me a call. Daycares as we all know aren’t cheap but both my husband and I agree that it has been worth every penny because we see how much he has learned, developed but more importantly how safe and well taken care of he is there!
