The workers are horrible at communication about things and they are honestly pretty rude. Everyday my son comes home with bumps, bruises and scratches that they have no explanation for. They also talk very poorly about the children because I know some teachers on the inside that talk about their concern with that. I am looking for another school for my son now but I can’t wait to get out of here. I would leave a 0 star if I could.

Shayler Kindercare was understanding of my nerves and allowed me to visit before her start date to meet her teachers. Once she started, I quickly learned how loving all teachers are to the children. They are not strangers even though that was my fear. Everyone knows my child’s name and I know most don’t see her in a teaching standpoint. They just make it a point to get to know each child, regardless if they are in their class or not. Both Ashley’s (school directors) and Ms. Kaitlyn and Calysta have made the transition to daycare seamless for my child and myself! As she transitions to each class, I know she will get the best care.
