Teachers are great and there's not enough praise to put into writing to say how amazing the teachers are. The care and attention they give to the kids is priceless. The teachers focus on growth and development is unmatched. The faculty all give there 110% to the children leaving parents worry free.

My 20-month-old son has been attending Primrose Schools for about a month, and I’m already amazed at the progress he’s made with his words, expressions, learning, and everyday activities! He absolutely loves the fun and engaging activities his teachers plan throughout the week. The staff is caring and wonderful, and I can’t praise Miss Rebecca and Miss Catie enough—they’ve been a delight with my son’s toddler group. They made sure he felt welcomed and comfortable every single day, especially during his first month, and engaged with him closely to help him adjust. I’m so excited to watch him continue to grow and thrive at Primrose Woodbury!

Unfortunately everything that was promised in this school didn’t happen. The food that was promised a well balanced with a chef shortly became very basic, an example two months straight having corn flakes as breakfast everyday. especially around the holiday time, I believe it was due to the owner saving her own costs. As a franchise they do have to follow the guidelines of the company which slowly was cutting corners which was brought up to corporate. The turnover of the teachers is another issue later to find out that most weren’t happy with the management which unfortunately falls down to the children’s care and ultimately they are the ones that suffer. When an issue arises the owner gaslights the situation and talks around the issue there is no accountability or ownership. They also have a number of filed complaints to the state which after I pulled my daughter from the school mid session I find it was quite alarming and honestly would not have brought her there. The friendships she built were great and for that I give an extra star but the management needs guidance and a better plan for dealing with issues that arise especially for the cost of the school.
