The Children's School has been part of our family for almost 6 years and we couldn't be happier with the care our children have recieved! Our older kid looks for every opportunity to go back and visit and our current attendee constantly talks about how much he loves his teachers and all the staff. Everything from infant care to preschool curriculum has been great!

We have been so pleased to send our 2 children to the The Children's School and have been so impressed with their curriculum, attention and care throughout the past 5 years. Our oldest is unbelievably prepared for kindergarten in the fall. Through COVID, transitions and more, the teachers and staff have been a vital part of our village. It's never easy to leave your babies with someone else each day -- but The Children's School makes that a little bit easier knowing you can trust that they are safe, taught, cared for and loved while they are there. All of the teachers we have had have been very responsive to our questions, concerns or worries and I feel very confident recommending this center.

My child was at this school from Age 1 until Age 3 . We loved the school. My daughter learned so much from the curriculum that was taught at the school by the teachers. What other center teaches kids about things around us IE. weather, rain, & condensation! Those are some of the things they taught my then 3 year old ! I was overly impressed. Would recommend this center to anyone!

My child's teachers in class are wonderful! The center overall is ok except that the space is a little small. However, like that old saying "one mouse poop ruins the whole pot of soup". The two star is for this particular "mouse poop". They have these extra learning programs happening during the regular learning time in their own class, which is costly and already disturbing. My child had to be pulled out from the middle of the regular class and go to the other class (actually without learning much or anything. I will explain this in the following). There are a few issues with this lady and the way these classes are conducted by her (I decided not to call her a "teacher" because she is lack of the basic qualification of a even just OK teacher" 1. With that much money being spent, the parents never get to see any kind of report or anything. Only once in a while, your kid will bring home something in a plastic bag, without telling you how to use them because apparently the kids are not old enough to remember all these things, and the lady does not have single piece of message about anything. So you don't know whether you are getting what you are paying for (I know I definitely did not). I don't know who she thought she is fooling. 2. Is worse because this lady has a negative and bad attitude when having class (I don't care how she acts in daily life) However this happening in the class brings negative impact on my child, I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with paying a lot of money but getting my child negatively influenced as return. One example is that, my child is a very self disciplined child and in their own class never gets yield or any sort of negative comments from the teachers. However, in this lady's so-called "class", she tends to "threaten" the kids using something like "ABC, if you keep doing that, I will have to ask you to leave the classroom", without even once actually doing it. This happens not only to my child. The thing is, the kids are acting completely normal. All they did was talking a little to each other, or maybe a little more active than just sitting there quietly as "robots or dolls" (But do you want to tell people that "I'm so proud of myself because I can make a whole group of dolls sit very quietly and no talking???) The lady is so lack of proper capability that she has to use "threatening" hoping to scare the kids. This is absolutely not the right way to perform at a "children's learning center". This is professional place that's supposed to guide the kids to behave properly and gradually teach them to do so on their own, instead of the adult who is "teaching" gets crazy and throwing out words without even thinking. All I can see is, the kids being affected very negatively by seeing this person doing this kind of low-qualification or no-qualification things all the time and eventually the kids all learn that "If I don't get what I need, I will threaten"--what a good example!!!!! The center should have done much better job screening this kind of people out of the system. I can imagine, she sit there, acting thinking she is a queen, talking to the kids like they are so low, threatening them once in a while so that she can feel more queen and powerful. But don't forget one thing: treat others the way you want to be treated. Regardless of the age, you will have to follow it. That makes you a person with minimum qualification, still not a "teacher", a teacher will need much more. Just in this aspect, this lady is not a good fit at all.And no wonder, some kid said "I hate Ms. ***" to my child aside. So the world is full of good and bad people, but a lot of times you can choose. If you do send your child to this place, just think twice before you enroll them in these extra programs. And also, I hope one day this person can understand: threatening doesn't make you look good at all, and cannot even get you what you thought you could get. It only makes you look lack of capability of handling the situations and more importantly, you lose the respect from the kids and their parents.
