  A satisfied mother. My one-year-old son arrived without knowing anything, and in less than a month, you've made great progress. The love, willingness to help, and attention the Kimdercare team provides gives you peace of mind. Their dedication to caring for your child as if he were their own. Something I love is that if something happens, they don't hide anything from you, for example, if he falls, or something normal that happens with children. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to find a place where they are now your new family. God bless the Kimdercare team.

  We love this daycare so much. Literally everyone from the director, teachers, cooks, and cleaning lady are truly angels ! I really feel the loving energy from the second you walk into the door. They are so attentive. Send you real time updates in the app. They are very honest about everything ! We truly couldn’t be happier. They also are so personable and just amazing. I really cannot say enough. So happy my son is here. I feel so Much better going to work knowing he’s happy, safe, and cared for !

  Based on my experience taking my kids here, I would pick up my youngest and on most days- she would have a completely overfilled diaper. Consistently had rashes except for the weekends when it would clear up under my care, then back to getting rashes under their staffs supervision. My youngest was outside in the summer with a sweater on and she was sweating and overheated. My oldest would always feel singled out for “being bad” for doing what any kid her age does. Putting a kid down verbally? Unacceptable. They also take a very long time at reimbursing you money they should not have charged you. Definitely relieved with the care my kids get now at different locations.

  Our little one has been with Kindercare Niskayuna for about a year now. Our teachers have been THE BEST. They are all always enthusiastic, friendly, and he just loves them. My husband and I appreciate how there is always clear communication if any issues have come up (and even if there aren't), and we can go to work knowing he is safe, loved, and having lots of fun learning with all of his friends. A HUGE thank you to his teaching team -Ms. Bree, Ms. Tiana, Ms. Audrey, Ms. Bri, and Ms. Whitney for loving on our little guy every day! :)
