  A satisfied mother. My one-year-old son arrived without knowing anything, and in less than a month, you've made great progress. The love, willingness to help, and attention the Kimdercare team provides gives you peace of mind. Their dedication to caring for your child as if he were their own. Something I love is that if something happens, they don't hide anything from you, for example, if he falls, or something normal that happens with children. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to find a place where they are now your new family. God bless the Kimdercare team.

  Our 11-month-old loves it here! The staff is warm, caring, and attentive. We feel totally at ease knowing our baby is in such good hands every day.

  Moved from NYC and I had my eye on this center for my child. Moved to NY state, i called kindercare Niskayuna, did a tour and I loved it because it was the same set up and environment as the one my child attend in Brooklyn. I was told registration fee is $175 which I paid September 6th and was told that my son could start enrollment September 16. I Haven't heard from kindercare since I made payment especially since I was told that after I paid registration fee I would recieve a welcome email with everything that i would need for my child first day. I called the following week September 12 to see if my payment was received and to confirm again my son start date. I got all the information I need and was told that tuition is due every Tuesday with a fee of $121 . September 14th I received an email with an invoice with a different fee amount that was not discussed. Since it was the weekend I waited until the Monday morning of the sep 16 to call and speak to someone. The invoice shows that I have a balance due of $290. How is it possible that I have a balance of 290 and my child haven't even yet set foot in your facility. The lady who answered wanted to let me know that I was billed for the 2 week from when I paid the registration. So basically they told me my child could start in 2 weeks but yet they billed me for that week he was home which is sep 9-13 plus the week of sep 16-20 but it still didn't add up as to why it was $290 and she still wasn't able to tell Me what the extra 48 was for that made it 290. How is it possible for someone to be bill for payment when my child havent even started? Plus she didnt even had a care in the world that it makes absolutely no sense as to why they would bill me this and knows damn well this if straight up robbery,and mind you when i initially asked about the $290 she said my son had already enrolled the week of sep 9. MY SON???. Ugh..." yea,no ", we're not gonna do this...was what I said, I cut her off and told her that my son was supposed to start today sep 16. That was an immediate no for me to still send my child there and ofc my 175 was non refundable. This place is money hungry and I'm glad I didn't waste my money and time here with a place that tries to milk you.

  Our little one has been with Kindercare Niskayuna for about a year now. Our teachers have been THE BEST. They are all always enthusiastic, friendly, and he just loves them. My husband and I appreciate how there is always clear communication if any issues have come up (and even if there aren't), and we can go to work knowing he is safe, loved, and having lots of fun learning with all of his friends. A HUGE thank you to his teaching team -Ms. Bree, Ms. Tiana, Ms. Audrey, Ms. Bri, and Ms. Whitney for loving on our little guy every day! :)
