  We have been so happy with our experience at Kindercare - we first started at the center back in 2022 when our son was just 6 months old and have now happily had two children cared for there across the infant, 1s, and 2s classrooms. The administration, directors and teachers are so loving and caring and it is a happy, supportive, safe environment. As a parent it is easy to communicate with them and feel informed about what is happening on a daily and weekly basis. My daughter, who has been at Kindercare since she was 5 months old and is now 2, happily runs into school every day. My son, who has since graduated from Kindercare, loves going back and seeing his teachers and his time there set him up incredibly well for the more formal school setting. They even help with potty trainings your kids! I don't have enough nice things to say.

  After touring a number of daycares in the neighborhood for our then-6-month-old, we chose KinderCare on 39th & Park. The first impressions that made it stand out proved true throughout our kid's 2 years there. The facilities are bright, open, modern, and clean. The big standout, though, was the teachers. My wife and I found every teacher to be a warm-hearted, knowledgeable, professional who seemed truly invested in our child's wellbeing and future. This was evidenced in the portfolio Ms. Penelope made for our kid when he was leaving the school (we moved away). A meticulous, beautiful collection of our child's drawings, paintings, and collages from the past two years. In addition to the teachers' individual strengths, there is clearly a culture of support--teachers tagging in for each other, jumping into different classrooms as needed. The updates we received (written & photos) throughout each day were detailed and appreciated. We always felt "in the know" about what was going on with our child and in his classroom each day. My wife and I would absolutely recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate, communicative professionals to care for their little one.

  As a first-time parent, I was extremely hesitant about leaving my son in the care of anyone outside of our family. The idea alone gave me anxiety. But from the moment we enrolled him at the Park Ave KinderCare, that fear began to melt away. The team there made it so easy to trust that my son was in good hands. What stood out most to me is that my son is genuinely happy there. And as a parent, that’s everything. The staff doesn’t just check the boxes when it comes to caring for children — they go above and beyond to build meaningful connections. They treat the kids with patience, warmth, and real love. It’s clear that they don’t just “watch” the children — they cherish them, nurture them, and help them grow. It brings me peace of mind knowing my son is surrounded by people who care for him as if he were their own. I’m so grateful we found the Park Ave KinderCare. It has truly become a second home for our little one — and a trusted support system for us as parents.

  This park Avenue branch for Kindercare is outstanding - highly recommend. Teachers are well trained, caring, and focused on children’s development. The space is clean and engaging - people clearly enjoy working with each other there which generates a family communal atmosphere. Our son started at six month and has excelled over the past year. He is excited to arrive at drop off and always happy and smiling when we pick him up. I enjoy receiving photo and video updates throughout the day and teachers are very easy to get in touch with or reach out when they need anything.
