  I met the folks at KinderCare Fidi recently. Specifically, I want to mention Tiffany and Miss Sarahlee for being instrumental in my daughter’s journey in the daycare. My daughter has attended this daycare for a few months now. Tiffany gave me a tour of the facility, and helped me imagine school there for my daughter as she grows. And I thank her teachers for their positive sentiments about my daughter. It seems they will treat your children with love here! When I toured, the kids were all in their rooms and I was happy to get the one-on-one time to meet the staff behind it all. Tiffany was great and I look forward to a bright future with them as my daughter’s teachers 👩‍🏫.

  We joined Kindercare FiDi in 2022 and entrusted them with our children—first our daughter, then our son in 2024—each starting in the infant classroom at just 4.5 months old. The idea of leaving a baby with strangers was incredibly stressful, but the team’s warmth and kindness immediately put us at ease and gave us confidence in their care. Emily, the executive director, has been leading the center with great professionalism and genuine care. The teachers are nurturing, attentive, and communicative—always checking in and sharing photos and videos that brighten our days. We’re especially grateful for the loving attention and support for our son as he transitions to the toddler classroom, and for the fun, enriching activities our daughter loves, from music and dance to animals, magic shows, and soccer. We’re deeply thankful to the entire team for creating a kind, joyful environment and giving us peace of mind knowing our children are in safe and caring hands!

  My daughter has been a student at KinderCare Fidi (previously at Vivvi) since last September. The director(Lalaine)/ her teachers (Ms. Shelly and Ms. Edisa)/all the amazing staff members consistently bring our daughter so much joy and attentive care. She is continuing to thrive under their leadership and we are beyond grateful to know that she is in the best hands. I love the constant updates given throughout the day and it's helped alot with communicating how her day went! The staff is top tier 🙏🏽🙌🏽 I highly recommend this location to any family that is looking for a safe, fun, thought provoking, and multicultural space that encourages their child's development.

  We cannot say enough amazing things about the KinderCare FiDi staff and infant program. Our daughter started at 6 months old (she is now going on 10 months) and as first time parents we were incredibly nervous and were attempting to decide between a nanny or a day care center. We researched tons of places, interviewed several nannies and spoke to many center directors before deciding on KinderCare FiDi. From day 1, the Center Director, Joyce, was patient, kind, funny and communicative. We could tell she was passionate about the center, the staff and the children. The rest of the staff which includes but is not limited to Shayna, Jasmine, Amanda and Tiana are very kind and professional as well; and they do lots of activities and take walks throughout the day. They never hesitate to provide a thoughtful update about our baby’s progress and continue to reassure me that we made the right decision. Through the parent app, we receive tons of notes, pictures and videos displaying our baby girl having a great time and the awesome staff cheering her on and enjoying her as much as we do. We highly recommend the KinderCare FiDi Center.
