I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I recently toured this center and the lady who showed me around (I believe she was the assistant director) was very rude to me and my family. I even witnessed her being rude to the staff. During my tour, I also noticed how disgusting the center is. The bathrooms are disgusting, there is trash sitting outside on the playground. And the floors were extremely sticky. It looks like no one even tried to clean the place. The lunch they were serving the children did not look appetizing at all!! I feel so bad for the current families there. Dear future families, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD THERE! DO BETTER KINDERCARE!

I arrived about 30 minutes early today and walked into the infant room to find the assistant director sitting on the floor and yelling at the babies, to the point that I could hear it down the hall. Hearing an adult raise their voice at helpless infants was shocking and deeply upsetting. When I asked her why she was yelling, she immediately apologized and said she “never yells at babies” and claimed she wasn’t yelling at my daughter, but at another baby who was crawling on her. That explanation did nothing to make the situation ok. I immediately went to the director and unenrolled my daughter. It’s completely unacceptable, especially when someone in “leadership” treats children this way. My 7 month old daughter was on the floor screaming and crying, with tears and mucus all over her face. Seeing my baby like that broke my heart. No infant should ever be left that distressed, especially in a place that is supposed to be safe, nurturing, and comforting. As a parent, trusting someone with your baby is one of the hardest things you do. What I witnessed made me sick to my stomach and terrified about what happens when parents aren’t present. I will never forget that moment, and I would strongly caution other parents before trusting this daycare with their child. I thought I could trust them and it’s really unfortunate. I really hope the organization addresses this appropriately.
Update: I want to note that the teachers in my daughter’s classroom seemed to be caring and attentive during her time there, and the director (Kristin) was empathetic and supportive throughout this process. Management apologized and stated they are taking steps to prevent this from happening again, although I can’t say I know what those steps are. While I do not excuse the actions of one individual (the assistant director) I also do not believe it is fair to judge the entire center based on one person’s behavior but I think it’s something parents should be aware of. I hope this experience leads to meaningful improvement, and I truly hope this was an isolated incident. I also really hope there are new checks and balances in place so that when employees are burnt out, they can ask for help. Every adult working with children should know when to ask for help.

From day one, we have felt completely assured that our son is in excellent care at Kindercare. Miss Cassie and Miss Amanda have consistently gone above and beyond to keep us informed and involved, always providing thoughtful updates and showing incredible care and patience. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and it shines through in how they interact with the children.
Our son absolutely adores his teachers and classmates, and it brings us so much joy to see how happy he is every day. He has made tremendous growth during his time here—constantly surprising us with new songs, skills, and stories. It’s amazing to see how much he’s learning while having so much fun.
We feel so fortunate to have him in a setting that is not only engaging and enriching but also safe and nurturing. Kristen and Tierra are always present and willing to answer any questions or concerns. We really appreciate all of you!

Both of my daughters attend KinderCare, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff is exceptional, and the facility is top-notch. Miss Cassie and Miss Amanda are outstanding teachers—my oldest daughter looks forward to seeing them every day. My youngest daughter started a few months ago, and her teachers, Miss Haily and Miss Kelcy, have been amazing with her. The director, Kristin, is fantastic and always addresses any concerns promptly and professionally.

I have only positive things to say about our experience with KinderCare. The center is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. I would like to recognize, Haily M, one of my son's teachers. Haily is an incredible teacher. She is excellent with my son. My son enjoys going to daycare each day, and he lights up when he sees Haily! As a parent it is reassuring to know your child is in a friendly caring environment when not in my care.
