  This review is for the administration of this Kindercare site. I was going to enroll my child here, but due to the exorbitant cost mdecided to pursue another care center. I did not place any deposit. Administration enrolled my son without confirming. I informed the director Saira my child would not be attending. Saira did not cancel my account and billed me $2300. This account was sent to collections. This went to the director line of KinderCare and was handled promptly, but to actually clear it from my credit report Saira has to call the collections agency. Over the course of this entire incident I have tried to Saira NUMEROUS times to no response. Even if the prices were affordable I would never send my children here now With the lack of disrespect and disregard for communication.

  We love Kindercare. The center is super well maintained and the teachers are really genuinely caring. They organize various activities to foster children development and share a lot of news/pictures during the day. The extended hours and open door policy is great for peace of mind. Miss Jessica the director has incredible organization & communication skills.

  This daycare is wonderful! My son recently started here at only about 5.5 months old. I was understandably nervous for the transition as any mother would be! In addition my son wears a hearing aid, which added another layer of stress for me. Kindercare has been amazing even before I started… very flexible with me and open to learn about his hearing aid and needs. We’ve had a completely positive experience since starting. My son loves it! I wondered how I would know if he loves it since he can’t communicate, but you can tell! He is always smiling & giggling. I get pictures & videos all day of his activities and see him interacting with his classmates & teachers and going on adventures. He naps amazingly, even better than at home! Can’t describe what a relief it is to have found a place like this for my son, we are so thankful! Big shout out to our teachers who love our son like their own! Ms Karla, Ms Mariah, Ms Allison, Ms Candia, and Ms Erica!!!

  KinderCare has been an amazing place for our girl and us! She loves going there every day and always comes out with a big smile. For us as parents is comforting to have a team that’s committed to provide the best care and attention to our child. The star of our show is Mr Tim, he has a beautiful way to engage with the kids. All teachers are awesome, big smiles every time. Jessica, the school director, is the best at keeping parents updated and running the center efficiently. The KinderCare app is fantastic and we love the daily photos, videos and updates! Very easy to use also to communicate with the director and teacher. Definitely recommending KinderCare!

  We love this location of KinderCare. Our son attended until he went to preschool and now our infant daughter is a student. Some of the same teachers have remained which made for a seamless transition when we had number 2. The school is very good at communication and so professional - we know the kids are in the safest hands. Love every single one of the teachers and Ms Jess is the absolute best. They have become part of our family.
