Our 3-year-old son has been attending Sparks KinderCare since he was a baby, and we’ve been extremely pleased with the quality of care and nurturing environment they provide. As working parents, having a reliable and trusted childcare provider nearby has been essential to maintaining our schedules and peace of mind. We value consistency and community, and we’re looking forward to continuing our son’s early education journey in this supportive setting.

Did not have the best experience with this daycare. Although the teachers had taken great care of my little ones, the directors will lie and do things behind your back without permission. It took them 3 hours to tell me my daughter had got pink eye who is an infant. They did not call, they did not call anyone on my list such as the father, and claimed they had done so. They gave a poor apology pining it on me still for their lack of communication. They also thought it was best to continually wipe her eye and made excuses as they deemed it to not be an emergency despite her being an infant. With my son, he struggled for a week with his first week transitioning and I explained he just needs more attention to know that everything is okay that it’s a safe place for him. I verbally agreed to them doing an assessment and having a behavior analyst involved. However, I did not agree to Nadi and Anjelica contacting his old daycare trying to receive personal information. They did not tell me they were doing this nor did I sign an agreement for this. I had to find out from his old daycare when I placed him back there. These scenarios made me question a lot resulting in my children having to be withdrawn as they had lost my trust completely. My son also had an Epipen which on his first day the teacher was confused on where to put it leaving it on the side of his bag for others to grab that day as it was not in a cabinet as it should have been put away in a safe spot immediately.

Awful experience. My child was with multiple teachers in a matter of months. Constantly moving kids around based on staffing. Teachers coming and going. Staff has terrible communication skills. They said things that were untrue. Made up things to cover themselves when it was brought up. Also they exclude children for symptoms of suckness even if child is being treated and on antibiotics. Really stinks cause my daughter liked it there. But the staff not listening and telling lies to make it convenient for them is wrong. Telling my mother one thing and me another apon pickup isn't ok. Definitely do not recommend this place. UPDATE. THANKS OWNER FOR REPLYING TO ME. THERES NO NEED TO CALL YOU. YOU'RE FACILITY IN SPARKS IS A JOKE. FULL OF DISRESPECTFUL LYING PEOPLE. ONLY ONE TEACHER THERE IS TRUSTWORTHY. THE REST ALL LIE. ONLY WAY TO MAKE THIS PLACE BETTER IS CLEAN HOUSE AND START OVER. TEACHER'S LIE TO DIRECTER MAKING HER LOOK BAD. THUS LYING TO PARENTS. ONLY BAD THINGS WILL COME OF THIS.

100% the BEST learning center around! My son attended from 7 months old to 3 (military family). He loved the environment, all his teachers and the front office staff is great with communication. It was hard on him to leave his friends and day care family! We highly recommend KinderCare off of McCarran if you want your child to love going to school every single day! We miss our KinderCare Family. Thank you for making our experience GREAT!! It’s definitely going to be hard to beat, that’s for sure!!! The Brown Family
