  I am so grateful for the loving staff at Primrose! As a military family, we faced a sudden transition when our original daycare facility closed, but Primrose welcomed us with open arms--we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We love being greeted each morning by Ms. Jaysha and Amber (aka my daughter's "best friend" lol). Their warmth brings a sense of calm to my sometimes stressful mornings. The Pre-K teachers, Ms. Vee and Ms. Kaylee, are top-notch. My daughter has learned so much, including how to spell her name and understand simple math concepts. They keep the kids engaged with fun, hands-on activities like baking and science projects. My youngest is 2, and the Pathways teachers are angels. Ms. Dee Dee is incredibly special to me and my family--we all look forward to seeing her smile each day. Her patience and positivity have had such a meaningful impact on my daughter's growth. The Pathways team leads interactive learning activities that truly spark curiosity and encourage my little one to explore the world around her. All that to say, Primrose has been a cornerstone in my children's development, and I'm so grateful we found them. Their enthusiasm for teaching and the genuine care they show my children is truly invaluable.

  Our experience with Primrose School of Aliante was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely concerning. We have met multiple other families with the same concerns. There is constant teacher turnover, which creates a complete lack of consistency for the kids. Even more concerning, in meetings with the owner, this was openly acknowledged—that they struggle to retain teachers and that the inconsistency negatively impacts the children. Despite that, nothing meaningfully improved. It became clear that this stems from poor leadership and how staff are treated. When teachers are not supported, they leave—and the children are the ones who suffer. They also send children home far more often than what feels reasonable, making it difficult for working parents to rely on them for consistent care. The most serious issue, however, is the lack of accountability and transparency. There were incidents and injuries that were not clearly communicated and, at times, felt misrepresented. That is unacceptable when you are trusting a facility with your child’s safety. For a center that charges premium prices and markets itself as high-quality childcare, this experience fell far short. I would strongly caution other parents to look closely and ask hard questions before enrolling.

  It’s been about 3 months since my daughter started and we couldn’t be happier. She just turned one and will move from the infant class next week but we love it. She loves her teachers! I feel like she’s safe plus you have to option to stick your head in at any time which I think sets this center apart because most won’t allow that… but it gives parents security. They also don’t have a cut off time which I also love because she’s had LOTS of medical appointments and I don’t have to try to schedule them very early in the morning to meet the cutoff time. We absolutely love the theme days!!! Not looking forward to when she has to wear uniform because we love picking out her outfits everyday & taking her daily picture before school. The staff is always friendly. They literally all knew our names week one! They greet you every single time you walk in the door and say bye every time you leave!!! You can’t help but to be happy around them!

  My son has been at creme for almost 2 months and I have to say I am in absolute awe. It was an adjustment for my son since he came from a school with no structure and all play. I have been searching for a school that my son can go to where he will actually learn and still have a little bit of fun. I’m a single mother who works full time so by the time I get home with my son it’s time for bed so it puts my mind at ease that the place where my son spends most of his time is as great as it is. Thank you!
