  The student-to-teacher ratio has become an impossible hurdle. While the teachers are clearly hardworking and kind individuals, they are being set up to fail by the sheer volume of children in each room. It’s realistically impossible for any child to get undivided attention here and because the teachers are so outnumbered, daily reports are often generic or incomplete. If you ask a specific question about your child’s day, the staff usually can't provide an answer. If you are looking for a place where your child is truly seen and nurtured as an individual, this isn't it. Your child will be safe, but they will be just another number in a very crowded room. Reply to owner: Thank you for the follow-up. My main goal was to ensure these concerns were addressed by management. We have moved on to a program that prioritizes children over profit. This canned response actually proves the point I made in my initial review—it feels more like corporate damage control than genuine concern for the families involved. Instead of addressing staffing concerns I raised, you've provided a template. It proves my point: the priority here is PR, not the children.

  This is the worst daycare, my baby came home with knots and scratches every other day and they only called me or made an incident report when I came up there complaining, all the kids are always sick they don’t clean their noses, they yell and snatch the kids up, and you baby will eventually come home with a knot or maybe two and no one can explain why, they have it super cold in there so I had to dress my baby like it was winter in the summer time. The staff get frustrated with the kids and you have a lady wt the rest with short hair and big ssa glasses that acts like she doesn’t ever know what’s going on Ths place DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS and every chance I get I will repost them and suggest that people don’t bring their kids here PERIOD

  My niece attends this location and she loves her teacher, Ms Lay. Whenever I pick her up from class Ms. Lay is always engaged with the students and has a great attitude.

  Every time you walk into the center it smells so clean. Management team and teachers are super friendly. My kids love it here, everyday at pick up my kids teachers take their time to let me know about their day. It’s the little things they do that makes me appreciate them. What has been my biggest satisfaction is that my 3 year old can write out their name and they helped me potty trained my 2 year old. Thank you MLK staff.
