  The teachers at Merryhill are capable, Caring, informative, great at giving the individual attention and help to the kids. Ms. Mummert, the Art teach is a huge asset and the kids adore her! Her larger weekly lessons blend concepts from other areas the classes are working on, as well as introducing real artists and art concepts. The kids are always so proud to tell us parents all about their masterpieces.

  My daughter has been going to Merry Hill a few years now. Great school, great teachers, I would highly recommend. Mrs. Lori is amazing. Never ever see her overwhelmed and she is kind to the kids.

  Over the past few years, both of my children have attended this school. Both of my children started in the infant rooms (thanks to Mrs. Hajjar & Mrs. Thurman), and have progressed through to the Pre-K program. My daughter by the end of Pre-K (thanks to Ms. Shannon, Ms. Leiva, Ms. Davis) was reading sentences, writing her name, counting, adding, engaging in creative art projects and learning Spanish. But this school goes beyond just academics and works with students in their social-emotional as well, helping students learn to share with each other, work through big emotions, and becoming helpers both at home and their community. The Beginner & Toddler teachers have the patience of saints too! (Ms. Phyllis, Ms. Elysa, & Ms. Kanae) I would highly recommend this school for your children if you are looking for an academic day care, whose teachers really care and love the students. The only drawback is the price. It's expensive and the price goes up twice a year.

  We started off with enrolling our daughter in the Summer Camp program which very quickly turned into wanting to enroll her for Kindergarten. Ms. Shannon has been an amazing first teacher for our daughter and she enjoys going everyday to see her! We are excited as parents to see how strong of a foundation she’s building in her education and where it will take her in her future. We are so glad we took the leap and would encourage anyone on the fence to take a look at their programs. My one regret is not enrolling her sooner!

  I can’t say enough great things about this school and the wonderful staff. It’s my son’s first school - they do a great job with making parents feel comfortable and connected through pictures and communication via their app. My son started at Merryhill at 1 years old, and he is now 4 (soon to be 5). It’s a stimulating and nurturing environment. Ms. Hohman & Mrs. Walker make us feel welcomed each day we get there. My son’s teacher is Ms. Flynn - she is SO great (all I would hope for in a teacher for him). He is eager to learn, eager to share with me what he’s learning and seems to be ahead of most kids his age with reading, writing & numbers. On top of that, I believe Merryhill has been a big part of his social development.
