As a parent my child has been going there and the center director Jenny has been having her husband there who doesn’t work for KinderCare and he’s been there during work hours while our children are in the center and I did not feel safe with that also a strange man who doesn’t work for the company shouldn’t be around our children let alone inside the center I reached out to their district leader Amber to also let her know but she throws everything under the bus and continues to let it go on please look into everything before you sign your child up for this center !

When I tried to unenroll all they had something to say about was the balance on the account completely ignoring the complaints. My child was out for almost 2 weeks, they got paid subsidy during that time and charge me the co-pay. I have no problem paying however, Was just shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful they were about everything. I don't feel my child is safe and taken care of as she also lost a lot of weight because they were not feeding her properly. El bebé se enfermó debido a que le dieron biberones de otros niños repetidamente aun después de que quejarme. Cuando traté de sacar a mi bb del Daycare, todo lo que tenían que decir era sobre el saldo de la cuenta, ignorando por completo las quejas. Mi hijo estuvo fuera por casi 2 semanas, les pagaron el subsidio durante ese tiempo y me cobraron el copago. Sin embargo, no tengo ningún problema en pagar. Me sorprendió lo poco profesionales e irrespetuosos que fueron con todo. No siento que mi hija esté segura y cuidada, ya que también perdió mucho peso porque no la estaban alimentando adecuadamente.
