Do yourself a favor and tour this place and meet the executive director and the staff! We started our daughter here at 18 months and is now about to be 4, still there. Simply put, the place is turnkey. Not having to worry about meals, snacks, diapers (when she was in them) is major. The hours, flexibility, cleanliness, communication, and most importantly her teachers - are second to none. Every single primary teacher she has had each year, and each specialty teacher (Spanish, STEM, Art, Music, etc), are wonderful. The school is just really well run. They care immensely about curriculum, ensuring it is implemented accordingly for each age level. They are incredibly accommodating, responsive, open and honest, and we feel very fortunate to have found this place. The least I could do was to put a review out there in hopes that someone reads this and decides to send their child there.

My son has a scar n his face because of an accident at this school. Curriculum was great, but vastly declining since KinderCare bought them. My son had an accident at the school. I was very understanding but concerned and demanded answers. Wanted photos and video, all promised to parents at sign up. I was given the run around. That dangerous table is STILL there and they s barely provide updates and aren’t with the times to give live feeds. But charge more than anyone else and wonder why enrollment is low. Oh, and they changed the curriculum so let’s see how that goes. I want to cry every time I look at my son’s scar. Millimeters below his eye btw. Their table almost blinded him and I was treated like it should be no big deal. They should have paid for the thousands of dollars of medical bills instead of shaming me for simply asking if there was video and wondering get there wasn’t and why they ignored my emails.

A lot, but worth a read! If I’m lying my flying! They will not deny any of this on here because I have hard evidence to prove it! The school just isn’t worth it!
Crème, unfortunately, was not the best experience for my child. There was a high staff turnover rate, they lacked supervision, and were almost always out of ratio. The only reason my child stayed there as long as she did was because certain staff members were willing to look out for her, and my child had the ability to communicate with us when things were going wrong. I also had the ability to stop in and watch the cameras at any time of day (which was a plus). The staff didn’t really appreciate this, but I cared less about how they felt. They didn’t like it because of the lack of staff in the overcrowded classrooms. The teachers are underpaid, unappreciated, and unsupported, which causes them to burn out quickly.
The cost of the school is ridiculous for what feels like a daycare environment. Crème de la Crème is supposed to mean the best of the best, but they provide the bare minimum. When we first enrolled our child, they promised Spanish and Mandarin. The children did transition to the Spanish class, but they didn’t really learn much because there was no curriculum in place. They never hired a Mandarin teacher, while we were there. We were paying $130 shy of $2000 each month to have different teachers in the kindergarten classroom, and the staff was always confused about what was going on. The children were running around the classrooms, FIGHTING! They were punched, strangled, pushed, and more by other children! Some staff complained, while others didn’t even know what was happening because they were alone in the classroom. Higher-ups seemed to care less. Again, there was no curriculum or structure.
Most importantly, if a child is bullied or hurt, there are teachers who took it seriously, but unfortunately, the higher-ups didn’t seem to…. I can go on and on! I put 2 stars because we did meet some great people there. Most left!

This is the best school ever. My daughter has been going to this school for almost a year and I am so glad I am able to send her to this school.
