Several leadership and staffing changes as to be expected - pre and post covid- , however some essential teachers are the reason it is sticking together. Sam, Neen, Mercedes, Brittany, Daniella (and others!) have been there through thick and thin. The new center director, specifically Sara B, is the best thing that has happened to Kindercare Medford.

You get pictures daily of your little one and what they are up to throughout the day. You get alerts when they eat, nap, run low on supplies like extra clothes, diapers and wipes, etc. it’s very clean and just overall has good vibes about the place. I love sending my baby there.

The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly and really pay attention to detail when it comes creating a customized learning experience for each child. My daughter has learned so much from her teachers. If you're looking for a summer camp, look no further! This place buses older children to a private pool! All ages experience special events. The vendors that are lined up for this summer are a magic show, petting zoo, Noah's ark stuffed animal creation station, Tye Dye day, the hat man, Kona ice, bike day, water play days and sooo much more. 10/10 would recommend!!

Mrs. Victoria and Mrs. Neen are the absolute best and care for my children as if it were their own. I also love that they are not babysitters, my 1 year old is learning so much and I can see her growth week to week. Thank you all for what you do. Thanks Mrs. Neen for being phenomenal and having patience with our babies. You all ROCK!
