Lincoln Tech's Mahwah campus is now enrolling students for future starts. In 1948, Lincoln became one of the first trade schools to offer Automotive Transmission Servicing and Repair training after opening as a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) school in 1946. Today, the Lincoln Tech Mahwah campus continues that tradition, offering hands-on training for careers in Automotive Technology and Skilled Trades such as HVAC, Electrical/Electronics and Welding Technology.
Many customers praised the admissions representatives, particularly Stephanie and Nicole, for their helpfulness and professionalism during the enrollment process.

RUN! Absolute scam, false-advertising, and a waste of what ends up being $50k. They over inflate their placement rates, and overcharge while trying to take things away they agreed to when contracts were signed, due to their own greed and desire to overcrowd, sacrificing the quality of learning and safety of the students by not having enough lab space, having 30 booths, and 60 students in a single lab. They slash lab time to the point that you cannot get anything done, where they promise a hands on experience and you end up with less than half the lab time they say you will recieve, and then try to bully the students and teachers. The entirety of the students of the welding program are in the process of considering a class action to get the refunds for the education we were told we would recieve, and instead were handed incompetence, and lies from administration. DO NOT GO HERE!
EDIT: An administrator tried to initiate a fist fight with a 19 year old student, getting in his face, antagonizing and threatening the 19 year old after almost hitting the student with his car, and the student calling him out for driving recklessly in a busy parking lot.
Absolute insanity.
This place needs to have funding pulled, DO NOT GO HERE.
We are looking into a class action because the threat of physical violence from staff is completely unacceptable.

I waited until halfway through the course so I could give an honest review. After 6 months I can easily say going to Lincoln Tech was an awesome decision. When I took my tour Nicole Simons broke everything down for me and gave me a ton of insight on what to expect from the school. I was not 100% sold on attending, but how she made it sound sealed the deal. I wanted to come on here and say she was absolutely right. Having 25 years prior experience with automotive I was skeptical, but she told me the instructors have A LOT to teach, and I may still learn new things, which was true. She has her students' futures in mind and REALLY cares.

Terrible experience here. This is supposed to be a hands on trade school and 90% of everything I did here was on a computer. They even have virtual reality tasks instead of actually getting your hands on any equipment!
The hands on work is rushed and minimal. They have instructors here teaching courses that do not specialize in the trade they're teaching in and have no clue what they're doing. Some classes have multiple instructors for a single course and it makes learning next to impossible because they don't give the same information or even know what the other is doing.
This was an absolute waste.
