  My son loves kindercare. His teachers: Carmen, Julia and Kim genuinely care about him and it is so sweet to see. They have given me advise on how to clear up certain skin issues, advance development and have taken all of my concerns very seriously. My son absolutely lights up when he is at kindercare, as evident by all of his photos in the app as he usually has a giant smile. The directors, Jenny and Brianna, are just as caring and thorough. This place makes happy babies! UPDATE: 4/17/2024 My son is now in a different room as he is more mobile and is still just as happy! His new teachers are wonderful and tell me funny stories of my son’s interactions with the other babies. Miss Annalise and Miss Emily are so good with my son and I trust them completely. They do projects daily that we get to take home and my son absolutely adores the outside time he gets now that it’s warmer. I’d also like to add I was there the day that someone wrote about a toilet being seen at the front of the room and how upsetting it was to them. That toilet was brand new and clean, and the directors were managing multiple baby rooms and the install of that toilet. Managing multiple baby rooms is difficult enough but managing a contractor on top of that is very difficult! I wish that patron had not judged at first site because had she gone deeper into the facility she would have seen a spotless center full of teachers who care deeply about these kids. Even teachers who are not in my son’s main teachers know his name and make sure to say goodbye to him when he gets picked up. He even demands to hug them before he leaves — Miss Sue especially. Please never judge a center at first glance but you are likely to miss out on the other wonderful aspects!

  My son has been attending Kindercare on Springdale Road since the middle of April when I had to return to work full time. Leaving him after being on maternity leave for 12 weeks was definitely very difficult however from the moment we toured there my husband and I felt comfortable there. Ms Jenny was so genuine and friendly and personable. Upon our son starting there we soon loved everyone taking care of Liam! His teachers all take such great care of him every day and always are happy to see him and he feels the same way! Ms Emily is always helpful as well and so kind. He has a smile on his face every day I drop him off. They have been great with updating me when I call and implementing any requests I make regarding his schedule or care. Seeing our baby so happy and comfortable and having fun makes every day so much easier when we have to leave him to go to work. I can't say enough about how happy we are with our choice to send our baby boy to them.
