  We are incredibly grateful for KinderCare and the way they supported our family during a really stressful transition. Our previous daycare, The ARK Learning Center, closed abruptly right before Thanksgiving and offered no support or guidance for families or children during the closure. It was overwhelming as a parent to suddenly be without care and answers. KinderCare proactively reached out, offering available spots for children, which immediately lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. From the very beginning, their staff was compassionate, responsive, and organized. They truly understood how difficult sudden change can be for kids and made the transition as smooth and comforting as possible. What stood out most was their attention to detail and inclusivity. They accommodated my child’s gluten-free diet without hesitation—even ordering gluten-free muffins so my kid wouldn’t feel left out. That level of care meant so much to us. KinderCare didn’t just provide childcare; they provided stability, reassurance, and genuine care when our family needed it most. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Our 10-month-old currently attends this daycare, and we couldn’t be happier. As first-time parents, we feel so supported by everyone at this facility—they’re all incredibly caring, responsive, and communicative. I appreciate that they accommodate our requests and post updates as frequently as possible. Miss Rie has such a calm and nurturing presence—our daughter absolutely adores her. She’s always attentive, patient, and takes the time to really understand each child’s needs. And Miss Christa brings so much positive energy. She’s fun, engaging, and always makes the day exciting for the little one. The director, Linda, and assistant director, Charity, are both great. Linda goes out of her way to make sure families feel supported and heard—whether it’s adjusting routines, offering helpful suggestions, or just checking in to see how things are going. Charity is always warm and approachable, and it’s clear the entire team genuinely cares about each child’s well-being. The fact that my baby gets excited when I drop her off and waves back at me smiling, says a lot about how comfortable and well cared she feels there. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such a thoughtful and nurturing environment.

  I was extremely nervous to transition my son from an in-home care to a daycare but Kindercare has been amazing! They completely eased my mind. I’m so glad my son started going here. Between the meals they provide, the picture and written updates through out the day and the amazing teachers! The center is always clean, the meals are healthy and the lessons are age appropriate and fun! My son comes home happy and full! They spend the day learning new things while having a fun time! I’m so glad we started going to Kindercare, the team is the best!

  We’ve been attending Derry Rd. KinderCare since my daughter was 5 months old (she’s now 10 months), and we truly can’t say enough wonderful things about them! I admittedly really struggled with the idea of leaving her in someone else’s care, but the way the staff looks after her is absolutely phenomenal. The director, Linda, goes out of her way to get to know every child and family. Both my husband and I have challenging work schedules, and Linda has been incredibly accommodating—offering part-time enrollment, which is very hard to find. We’re so grateful for every teacher in the infant room, but we especially adore her primary teacher, Mrs. Rie. She celebrates our daughter’s milestones with as much excitement as we do and does a beautiful job fostering her curiosity and development. It warms my heart every day at pickup to see how deeply she cares for each child in the room and is amazing how efficiently she juggles all their needs. Every staff member we’ve met has been kind, caring, and clearly passionate about what they do. We toured many daycares and even briefly attended another location before Derry Rd. opened—but now we wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The facility is beautiful, the staff is exceptional, and although quality childcare is always an investment, this location has been the most affordable option we’ve found.

  My 3 year old daughter absolutely loves coming here so far! I was really worried as it is her first time away from me at daycare, but her teachers are so kind, warm, and welcoming that I instantly felt better. The center is very clean and everything is new and the staff I have met so far have all been amazing!
