  We are incredibly grateful for KinderCare and the way they supported our family during a really stressful transition. Our previous daycare, The ARK Learning Center, closed abruptly right before Thanksgiving and offered no support or guidance for families or children during the closure. It was overwhelming as a parent to suddenly be without care and answers. KinderCare proactively reached out, offering available spots for children, which immediately lifted a huge weight off our shoulders. From the very beginning, their staff was compassionate, responsive, and organized. They truly understood how difficult sudden change can be for kids and made the transition as smooth and comforting as possible. What stood out most was their attention to detail and inclusivity. They accommodated my child’s gluten-free diet without hesitation—even ordering gluten-free muffins so my kid wouldn’t feel left out. That level of care meant so much to us. KinderCare didn’t just provide childcare; they provided stability, reassurance, and genuine care when our family needed it most. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  Our 10-month-old currently attends this daycare, and we couldn’t be happier. As first-time parents, we feel so supported by everyone at this facility—they’re all incredibly caring, responsive, and communicative. I appreciate that they accommodate our requests and post updates as frequently as possible. Miss Rie has such a calm and nurturing presence—our daughter absolutely adores her. She’s always attentive, patient, and takes the time to really understand each child’s needs. And Miss Christa brings so much positive energy. She’s fun, engaging, and always makes the day exciting for the little one. The director, Linda, and assistant director, Charity, are both great. Linda goes out of her way to make sure families feel supported and heard—whether it’s adjusting routines, offering helpful suggestions, or just checking in to see how things are going. Charity is always warm and approachable, and it’s clear the entire team genuinely cares about each child’s well-being. The fact that my baby gets excited when I drop her off and waves back at me smiling, says a lot about how comfortable and well cared she feels there. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our daughter is in such a thoughtful and nurturing environment.

  We had the pleasure of visiting KinderCare this morning on short notice, and we were immediately welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm. The director, Linda, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about the center and its mission. Every staff member we met was kind, motivated, and fully engaged with the children. The moment we walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-organized everything was—truly the cleanest childcare center I’ve ever seen! My two boys felt right at home and started making friends within the first minute. They were actually sad to leave the tour, which says everything! The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond, with a perfect balance of structure and fun. I was especially impressed by how far in advance the activities are planned—it’s clear this center is both highly organized and deeply committed to early childhood development. We’re so excited to start this journey with KinderCare. I feel completely confident that my boys will thrive here! Update - my son completed their summer program in preparation for Kindergarten. He was so far ahead of his peers and had the confidence to ride the bus without issue and transition with momentum . Also an added benefit is the variety of healthy meals which helps out at home. I can’t say enough positive things. They are fantastic about giving detailed assessments and progress reports to help monitor and improve on skills 👍

  Derry Road KinderCare has been amazing all around for our 1yr old! Well-managed with amazing Staff always willing to help whenever needed. Easy to reference schedule and easy to receive updates throughout the day. Food menu is great! Facility is new and clean! Can’t say enough about how happy we are with our first Daycare experience!

  My son loves it at Kindercare and is enjoying all the activities they do and new friends he is making. Our family loves the app and enjoy the updates we get throughout the day. The staff is awesome too!
