Our son has been attending Primrose School at Bedford Hills for the past two years, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. After touring countless daycare centers in the greater Manchester area, none came close to the level of care, cleanliness, and professionalism that Primrose consistently delivers. From the moment you walk in, the school is immaculately clean, organized, and inviting. The staff is incredible—always energetic, smiling, and genuinely happy to greet each child by name. You can feel the warmth and care from everyone, including the onsite owner, who is consistently present and engaged in the daily operations. Our son is happy every morning we pull into the parking lot and just as happy (and tired—in a good way!) when we pick him up. The activities are well thought out, and the Primrose app provides updates throughout the day, often including one or more photos. As a parent, this kind of real-time connection is invaluable. Another major highlight is the food program. The meals they provide are not only nutritious but honestly delicious. We’ve attended a few parent events where we were invited to eat with the children, and we were genuinely impressed with the quality of the meals. Now, let’s talk about cost—yes, $500/week for full-time care might sound steep at first glance. But when you break it down, it’s about $12.50 an hour for top-tier care, curriculum, meals, and a nurturing environment where your child thrives. In our opinion, it’s worth every penny. The staff does a difficult job and does it with so much love—it shows in the children’s development and happiness. If you’re looking for peace of mind, exceptional care, and a place where your child will truly flourish, get on their waiting list as soon as possible. You won’t find a better daycare anywhere in the state.

Our son started at Primrose at 18 months and had a hard time being away from us at first. The entire staff was extremely patient and understanding. Just after a couple of months he was excited to go, and sometimes didn’t want to leave because he was having so much fun! We love how even at a young age there is a curriculum that each classroom follows. Our son has learned so much academically and socially. Thanks to everyone at Primrose at Bedford Hills he will thrive in school for years to come!

I would highly recommend this school. I am beyond grateful for this team- the patience, kindness, and support they have extended our family as we moved from another school was beyond anything I could have hoped for. My daughter has gone back to being her happy self, excited to go to school, and eager to tell me about her day. This school is so helpful even with coordinating donation for school uniforms - Just a wonderful group of people! The classroom is always clean, orderly, and the kids are happy! It is such a refreshing change for our family from the last school we were at.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for over a year now and we are so, so happy with her care and so is she! There are days when she doesn’t want to go while getting ready, but once we arrive she walks right in excited to see everyone and she always talks about how much fun she has every day. My daughter was 3.5 when she started attending Primrose and was enrolled in the preschool class; we have continually been very impressed with how much she learns. She surprises us all the time with the things she says and knows because of this school. The education is very similar to Montessori, the food is great and she usually eats most of if not all her meals, and she thrives with the structure. They have the Procare app so we are updated frequently with pictures and notes about how she did that day. We love Primrose.
