Finding the right daycare is daunting, but this center made the transition seamless. As this was our first-time sending our child to a daycare, I was incredibly touched by the leadership team; they frequently checked in on me, providing the exact kind of emotional support a nervous newcomer needs. The entire staff of teachers and aides is tremendous, but Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Anesha our truly wonderful caregivers. Their empathetic approach to teaching and caring for my child has been beautiful to witness. They truly support my child's development with such heart. This has been an exceptional experience for both my child’s growth and my own peace of mind. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This place solidified some of my worst fears about leaving my child at a daycare. I chose it because it was right down the street from where I was working, they accepted state assistance, and had an open door policy which I thought was great. Well I ended up pulling my baby out of there after only three days of her being there, never even went back to get her things that’s how mortified I was with this facility. Firstly they couldn’t figure out how to feed my baby so I was constantly having to leave my job to go there and breastfeed her which ok no big deal, I knew it was going to be a transition and there would be hiccups, it’s the things I saw while I was there that just didn’t sit right with me. There’s way too many infants to one teacher so there isn’t enough individualized care, they leave babies scream crying in the cribs or on the floor and one point I saw an infant (barely looked 4 months old) scream crying face down in the crib with its poor arm stuck in between the crib bars and the teacher just walked over rolled the baby over, shoved a binkie in its mouth, yelled at one of the other teachers who was too busy hanging decor on the walls to be bothered with actually watching the babies, and then just walked away, baby still scream crying. The same teacher who was decorating then started yelling at the crying infants. Another incident I didn’t like was how they strapped a little girl into her seat at the table threw food in front of her and just walked away, the child looked like she was just starting solids and definitely could’ve choked being unsupervised like that. Another teacher was told to bring an infant to the other side of the classroom and the way she picked that poor boy up and swung him to the other room by his underarms was appalling. I genuinely cannot stress enough how much this place rubbed me the wrong way. The women in charge and I had many conversations because I didn’t like what I was seeing and finally I just had enough. I’ll never trust another daycare with my child again, I was apprehensive to begin with but this place just did it in for me. I hope they get shut down because they’re truly awful and shouldn’t be left with children at all!

My son is currently in the infant classroom with Mrs. Sam, Ms. Kaitlyn, and Ms. Shauna. They are so sweet and very attentive. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great daycare for him. While I was breastfeeding, they let me come to the facility to nurse on my lunchbreak. Everyone there has been so nice, we would definitely recommend.

Awesome place for babies, toddlers, and older kids! I only had my 2 year old daughter there for a couple of weeks, but I am so satisfied. My daughter was outside everyday, she was only inside when it was to cold or it was about to rain. They are so good with communication and they're very good with kids. The only reason why I rate them a 4 star and not a 5 star is because they're pretty expensive, for my daughter that was going only a few hours a day 5 times a week was $355.00 a week, that could be someone's paycheck. Overall, lovely experience, if you can afford it, don't hesitate one bit!
