I came here to take the TSA test. The lady at the desk was very odd. She kept feeling my ID over and over again, she had face piercings everywhere and when she showed me the locker to put my wallet and my other items in, I noticed that she had an inch of dead skin on the bottom of her heels. I couldn’t even understand what she was saying half of the time because she sounded so stupid. This is a pretty classy place with classy employees. LOL. They are definitely scrapping up the bottom of the barrel.

I was so excited to attend this place ,but now I sincerely DO NOT recommend it to anybody. First of all, my advisor that I was assigned has not answered my email since January. It is currently end of April, which makes it almost 4 months. Then,I tried to schedule an appointment with another advisor , and it was canceled the day of the appointment. I tried scheduling an appointment again with my original advisor ,and she canceled it to attend a recruiting fair at the high school. Clearly ,this college does not care about the success of their students, and only cares about recruitment to bring in more cash. Very frustrating and unprofessional

I really enjoyed staff and students on the Elkhorn Campus but navigating the financial bits and guidance is extremely difficult. Its not the colleges fault that I didn’t have financial aid but options are very limited if you don’t. I struggled in some courses in 2023-2024 due to medical reasons and when trying to speak with advisors I was always sent from one advisor to the next and anything I was told to do required me spending extra thousands of dollars to the school. Since then I have experienced more life changing events such as pregnancy and a DV situation. I have expressed these issues many times with staff asking what documentation is necessary for proof or general guidance and I either get sent to a different person every time. I was originally told to create and appeal which must have been in the process of change because that is no longer an option and I guess you must get a readmission counselor which no one communicated to me about I had to figure that out on my own. I emailed the counselor and was sent a copy and paste introduction email. I feel so helpless here and hopefully can get an education elsewhere with care I need.

They've changed over the years just like most agencies; city, state and federal agencies. Many people who work at the College don't mind showing their true colors nowadays. They smile in your face, but don't really want you to be successful. They only want you to invest in their courses, and earn their degrees. Deep down though, the staff only tolerates you while you're a Student, but don't accept a job from them after graduation; then you'll see their competitive side. The side that says you're not as good as they are, and they will prove to you that they can bring you down in a heartbeat. They start out really nice, but can cause you to lose everything and even become homeless, and they wouldn't even blink.
