First of all, the PEOPLE are incredible! We love the owners, the administration, the teachers, assistants, the whole staff! It is such a positive place to be. We love that our kids get to be surrounded and loved by such great people as they learn and grow. We also love the curriculum for both of our boys. Our toddler and our pre-K child participate in hands-on learning with every subject. The communication is fantastic, as well. We get messages throughout the day through their Procare app. We get pictures of them doing activities in various settings almost daily. The food they provide sounds fresh, healthy, and delicious! Primrose also creates theme days and events, like a Halloween parade, Grinch Day, and Olympics, to name a few. We signed up for a time to come take pictures of our boys with Santa and Mrs. Claus, which made for an excellent holiday memory keepsake. Primrose is extremely clean, safe, fun, and the education is top notch! But best of all, our boys LOVE going there each day. It is clear that our boys are getting THE BEST care, and there is nothing more reassuring as a parent. We cannot speak highly enough of Primrose Falling Waters!

We started our daughter at Primrose in June 2024. We were nervous to change her to a new daycare at 2 years old but they made it such a smooth and easy transition. The teachers are incredible and the education she has received over the last year has been amazing. I recommend Primrose to all my friends looking for a daycare/school for their kids.

We’ve been apart of PSFW for just over 3 years! The best decision we made for our 3.5 year old and 15 month old! From the Administration Staff to the teachers everyone is so welcoming! I know my kids are well taken care of and learn so much while I’m at work! We will be a Primrose Family until both kids head to Kindergarten!!

Our daughter was a "covid baby" meaning she didn't get a lot of social interaction outside of our family. Because of that she was behind on her speech, and socialization skills. We thought we would give Primrose a try, and see if it helped her. I'm going to be honest I was not confident, not in Primrose, but in our daughter. I was convinced that she wouldn't do well with other kids, or listening to the teachers. Boy was I wrong! She has blown me away. She loves her teachers, and interacts with the other kids nicely. Even the teachers have commented on how much she's talking now. I'm so thankful to the Primrose staff for all they've done for her. The school is so clean, on more than one occasion they surprise the parents with treats, whether its a coffee truck or freshly baked cookies. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Primrose!
