  If I could leave no stars I sure would. Cause that’s what it deserves I went to see it and it was better then the other one I went to see of their facility’s…… I came back to take my baby for his 1st day in the infant room well I dropped him off gave them all his stuff was talking to them about how many oz he eats and how often. They said ok gave them his bottles. Asked how many he needs and they advise me he will need how many he eats but the two I brought that day would be ok they will just wash em out. So I was ok. I asked if I needed to bring anything back that he needed they said no just bring the bottles tomorrow premade I was like ok. Will do well I go to pick up my baby I walk in and my baby is screaming on the top of his lungs my little mixed baby is red as red can be. Eyes puffy like he’s been crying like that all day. As i walked in the worker was sitting right there with him as she sees me walk in then she picks him up and lays his head on he nasty socks that she’s been walking in all day. As he puts his mouth to them cus he’s hungry 😡😤 then she picks up his bottle and tries to give it to him at this point he is to upset to even eat I pick him up. And get his stuff we leave go home I called the next Morning and asked how they gave him is formula with what water. They’re response was tap water and new baby tap water not boiled i was baffled by this answer especially coming from A childcare provider we went in the next morning. It’s OK baby stuff. and the ladies had all the babies crying, trying to talk to us trying to tell us give him one more day not to need to know the crying infant. One of them has not come down and know so bad going into her mouth by far the worst Daycare.

  Our 1 year old has been going here for 6 months now, went from infant room to recently moving to the toddler room. All the teachers in both rooms have been wonderful, they give me tons of updates, and I get tons of pictures in the app throughout the day. I highly recommend this for a center on the west side of town.

  Kindercare has been such a blessing for my boys. It was a place where I felt they would be safe, properly cared for, and gain more education than just school. The staff is top notch, they are fed good healthy foods, and they are happy!!! We all love this place!!

  The staff at Kindercare have been amazing! Making me feel safe and supported while leaving my daughter in their care. They are kind and loving to the children. I am 100% confident I chose the right place for my daughter while I am away at work!

  The owner needs to fire all these teachers and get new in immediately this day care needs to be closed until those teachers are fired
