  This daycare doesn't even deserve a 1 star. From the very beginning I have had so many issues with this place. ~We had a staff HIT my oldest son. ~ As soon as you walk into this facility, every single day, you get hit in the face with horrid crap smell. ~The school age room is FILTHY...like absolutely disgusting. ~There were several incidents where i walked in during lunch and the kids weren't sitting and eating. They were running around the room with their food. ~Poor communication. ~Several incidents of my daughter running out of diapers and wipes and not being notified til she was completely out. She has sensitive skin so can only use certain diapers and wipes. ~She came home from daycare several times a week with horrid diaper rashes when she went into daycare with a clear bottom. ~Several times id pick her up and she had been sitting in pee and poop for so long that her diaper was sagging really low and she was super red. ~The staff was CONSTANTLY yelling at all of the kids. Every single day, I'd walk into the yelling. ~My 3 year old boy had an accident and was put into very girly pants. I was not notified about it. ~1 calendar was sent out at the beginning of summer of activities planned. No reminders were given or permission forms had to be signed. Not even a reminder the day of. ~Several times my kids would have random injuries and no one could tell me what had happened. ~My daughter kept losing her earrings and hair bows and no one would have a clue about it or where any of them went. ~Whenever concerns were brought up to the director, excuses were made for every issue. No accountability was taken. ~Staff, especially in the school age room, would just sit there on their phones instead of interacting with the kids. I walked in on this happening almost daily. ~There were several times children were in classrooms without any supervison. ~A 2 year old had left his classroom and almost made it outside before 2 parents had found him and stopped him from going out. Staff was unaware. ~When i picked my kids up on their last day there...none of their stuff was put together ready to go. When it was brought up to the staff in their rooms, they said they weren't aware that it was their last day even though I had said it several times including the morning of their last day. This is just a few of the things I witnessed and had issues with. So many more things. I would've switched my kids sooner if I would've been able to find a different daycare but due to it being summer..everywhere was full. I really have no idea how this place stays open. Stay far far away!

  My 2 year old has attended Pine Lake KinderCare his whole life and has always been well taken care of. I’ve never had any issues with the amazing staff either. The staff is always honest and fills me in on everything I need to know about my son. I wouldn’t hesitate to send my children here!

  We have nothing but great things to say about Pine Lake KinderCare! They truly love our kids, who love the teachers in return. It makes dropping your kids off at daycare everyday so much easier when you know they are well looked after and happy. They do a lot of fun with things with kids! They also have a great app where they send pics throughout the day and keep updated on their day.

  Kindercare has been wonderful for our 2 kids (4y, 21mo). The staff and management has always been supportive to us as parents and to our children. That level of care was evident when it was called Academic Advantage, and it continues today under the Kindercare brand. Dropoff can be a bit chaotic due to combining classrooms at the very beginning of the day, and sometimes by pickup time the primary teachers are gone making it hard to get any extra information about how the day went. Generally speaking though, I truly believe that the teachers are always acting in the best interest of the kids, and our kids have always loved their teachers. On top of that, I'm always amazed by how much our preschooler learns there. The facilities and playgrounds have been recently updated, the building is secure, and everything always seems reasonably clean and safe. The app is also very useful for getting realtime updates throughout the day and for communicating with the staff when needed. Highly recommend!

  We have been part of the Kindercare family for the last four months and are so happy to have chosen this facility to care for our son. We are kept well informed and trust that our son is getting the best care during the day. His teachers are the absolute best and he is excited to come to daycare every day and knows all of them (he is 7 months old). AshLynn that central director and the staff take safety very seriously, from the code locked entrance to being very aware of who is picking up a child. They know everyone who walks through the door. Very friendly and they take their jobs seriously. We look forward to seeing him prepare for school!. finally I just want to say thank you so much to my son’s teachers for taking care of my son I really appreciate 😊
