  We cannot say enough amazing things about this Kindercare. We urgently needed to find a new daycare for our kiddo and Katie was BEYOND welcoming from the initial email and tour. She was able to make it work for our little man to start very quickly and made us feel extremely comfortable during the transition from his old daycare. Katie and her staff have gone above and beyond every day for him/us since day one. Putting your kiddo(s) in the hands of people you are not familiar with can be very scary but the staff have been very trusting and make you feel at ease. They are very involved and communicate all day long about everything they do, eat, experience, curriculum, photos, any incidents, etc. Our little man has been so happy there! We consider ourselves very lucky and blessed to have found this Kindercare and how everything fell into perfect place ❤️

  We’ve had our kids at KinderCare for 3.5 years. Our boys have learned so much and had so much fun. Katie and Evelyn run an amazing center and we fully trust the staff.

  We've been at Elkhorn Kindercare since 2021, and we absolutely love it! The teachers are responsive, helpful, and celebrate our daughters' milestones and successes with us. After some leadership challenges, this year has been fantastic! Ms. Katie, the director, communicates beautifully and connects with the kids - our 4-year-old runs to say goodbye to her! The curriculum is outstanding, and our infant feels cherished too. We appreciate the daily updates and photos, allow us to relax knowing our kids are in great hands. We're so grateful for this amazing daycare and preschool!

  Will not return military benefit as agreed As a parent who's had the opportunity to engage with KinderCare, I must highlight the exceptional dedication and care exhibited by the staff members. Their commitment to children’s well-being is truly commendable. However, my experience with the administrative or leadership aspect of this establishment has been less than satisfactory. For over three months, I've been in the unfortunate situation of awaiting a refund owed to me by KinderCare. Despite my hesitation in writing this review, I hope that shedding light on this matter will encourage them to rectify the situation and honor their commitment to reimburse me promptly. Throughout this process, I've made several attempts to communicate with the administrative team in a respectful and cordial manner. Unfortunately, these efforts have not yielded the intended results. I am optimistic that by voicing my experience here, it might prompt KinderCare to take the necessary steps to fulfill their obligation. It is my sincere wish that KinderCare promptly addresses this issue and resolves it in a manner that aligns with their values. Once the matter is appropriately resolved, I will willingly retract this review, acknowledging their commitment to their clients' satisfaction. In conclusion, while the dedication of the staff at KinderCare is praiseworthy, improvements in their administrative processes would greatly enhance the overall experience for all involved.

  We have been so grateful to the teachers at Kindercare and their commitment to our children and us as parents. Though there have been various changes in personnel, the transitions have been seamless and we felt aware of the situation and our concerns were taken to heart.
