Amazing teachers and admin! We’ve had the best infant teachers (Ms. Sandy, Ms. Laila, & Ms. Sharon). These ladies take care of babies with so much compassion and patience! Ms Sarah and Ms Tiara are so kind and care so much about their students! Ms Cassie has helped our son learn so much in Pre K while still having lots of fun! We will always be grateful for everyone that impacts our kids lives at primrose.

Finding a daycare you truly trust can feel impossible, but from our first tour, we knew Primrose was the right place. The infant A1 teachers - Mrs. Laila, Sharon, and Sandy are incredible! They are the heart of our experience and the reason I can go to work each day with peace of mind knowing my son is in the most capable loving hands. The level of care, patience, and genuine affection they show him is something I don't think I could find anywhere else, and it shows every morning in how happy he is to see them. The school itself is fantastic, always clean, safe, and focused on development. A huge shoutout to the front admin staff as well for always answering our questions with such patience and detail. We are very thankful for the entire school and feel so lucky to have found a place where our son is not just safe and learning but genuinely loved and cherished. Thank you Primrose and especially Mrs. Laila, Sharon, and Sandy for everything you do!

We’ve only been part of Primrose of Wilmington (medical center drive location) for a couple of weeks after coming from a prior daycare and I honestly cannot say enough good things!! From day one, they have been amazing about providing updates throughout the day, which makes you feel completely at ease leaving your child in their care. They do so many engaging activities with the children—even starting in the infant room—which has been such a pleasant surprise. What impresses me the most is the staff. The infant room team, (huge shout out to Ms. Shan and Mr. Shaniah!), have been so incredibly wonderful. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the babies have been the best thing to happen to us. We feel so lucky to be a part of the Primrose family and highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a nurturing, communicative, and activity-rich environment for their child.

Our 6 month year old has absolutely thrived since he started at Primrose. His teachers in classroom A1, Miss Sharon, Mrs Laila and Mrs Sandy are the absolute best. They are so kind, loving, and treat those babies as if they are their own. We are so lucky and thankful for these teachers. We appreciate them being organized and transparent as well. Thank you A1 teachers for all that you do! our 2.5 year old has also had a great experience at primrose as well. He is thriving and learning so much and he has truly loved all of his teachers. Ms. KeAira, Ms. Cora and Ms. Ja'Meisha have been wonderful to him and have been so sweet and loving. I know this is not an easy job, but thank you teachers for all that you do for our kids. We appreciate the updates, pictures, and transparency!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Wilmington at Medical Center. Enrolling our infant son, Lucas, was a major decision, and the entire team at Primrose has given us more peace of mind than we ever thought possible. This school has exceeded our expectations in every single way, combining a truly exceptional learning environment with a culture of genuine love and care. Our deepest gratitude goes to the incredible teachers in the Infant (A1) classroom: Mrs. Laila, Sandy and Ms. Sharon. As new parents, our biggest hope was that our son would be safe, happy, and truly loved in our absence. This team has delivered on that promise tenfold. They are not just caregivers, they are nurturers in the truest sense of the word. They treat Lucas with such tenderness, patience, and genuine affection. We see it in his happy smiles at drop-off and in the detailed, loving notes we receive. It is so clear that he adores them, and we feel they love him right back. We are so grateful for the partnership they've built with us, always communicating and celebrating his new milestones right alongside us. Beyond the loving environment, we are so impressed with the school's commitment to safety and child development. The facility is immaculate, secure, and professionally managed. We've watched Lucas thrive under their Balanced Learning curriculum. Even as an infant, he is engaged with music, sensory activities, and story time. We love getting photos and updates through the app that show him happily learning and exploring. To have a place where we know our son is not only safe and learning, but also genuinely cherished, is priceless. We wholeheartedly recommend Primrose of Wilmington at Medical Center to any family seeking the absolute best in early childhood education. Thank you to the entire staff, and especially to Mrs. Laila, Sandy and Ms. Sharon, for being a second family to our son.
